I have been ordering from jade lake for months and I was so happy to find a new Chinese spot when I moved to Summit. The food has been very good on some days and just OK other days but the good days outweigh the bad. However last night I placed an order they told me 45 minutes after an hour and 20 minutes I called and asked if they had an estimated time and they said that the food had already been delivered. I usually pay with my card beforehand and add tip so I get a call to my phone when the order has been dropped off. I never got a knock at my door, the doorbell didn’t ring, and I had no missed calls. When I called to have the order refunded as it had been sitting outside for God knows how long, was cold, and there were bugs crawling on it-I was told that there was nothing they could do. I followed up today to make sure they would do right by a customer who orders every other week from them and was told the same, that they wouldn’t make it right. . They lost a consistent and well tipping customer over $30. I would not recommend them at all.
