CVS Millburn should hire new staff, starting with the pharmacist who has no management skills to run her staff and is rude.
Ever since the pharmacy started to close for lunch daily (1:30-2pm), their work slows down considerably as of 1pm. Today I went to pick up a medication for myself and stood in line for nearly 25 minutes. There was one cashier working and he was busy looking for someone's medication that was "misplaced" after being filled. The frustrated customer stood at the counter patiently waiting, while 11 other people stood in line. There were 4 other employees in the pharmacy but no one was stepping up to open another register.
It wasn't until I asked them to open another register as they were going to soon close for lunch, that 2 other employees stepped up to do so. I think there's a missing link in this group of people. Staff up with another pharmacist - one who can manage a team properly and get things moving. There is ALWAYS a line at this pharmacy, regardless of time of day, so something is not right.
I'm leaving CVS Pharmacy - I've had enough. Heading over to Walgreens in Short...
Read moreI was there yesterday to pick up my wife’s prescription and another one for me, the pharmacist (Indian guy) and the cashier (Black girl) are very mean, I needed help because unfortunately my wife’s prescription didn’t get there because the doctor at the hospital forgot to send it to the pharmacy. You can see their faces I believe they don’t like their jobs or something, yesterday late about 6:00 PM my wife got there and she was treated really bad for the mentioned pharmacist as my wife needs more medicine antibiotics, they sent the wrong capsules number on the prescription so my wife asked for help to the pharmacist. He told her to go back to the emergency and ask them for the right prescription when easily will be to the pharmacist to contact the doctor and maybe just ask for refill. The cashier never says hi to welcome people there and asks like a robot for our information to confirm the prescriptions are ready. I believe people like that shouldn’t be working with customers because they don’t know how to treat people, they are not polite and even their faces look angry. They need to learn to smile and...
