Understaffed and poorly managed, there is clearly exhausted workers who are doing too much and compensating too hard for poor management.
The brand is an upbeat, easy going environment and my experiences here are anything but that. In what is supposed to be an organized and deliberate operation is realistically an uncoordinated, defeated effort. This location is frequently out of items. Today it was fajitas. When asked if more would be ready, the employee indicated âthey were outâ meaning no more were available. After paying, a batch of fajitas came ready. The presumed manager asked why the cook had to shout when items were finished, which is part of the order of operations for Chipotle. The idea that compliance with the brand is inconvenient demonstrates precisely the problem with this Chipotle.
In prior transactions, food quality had been of concern. Specifically, the steak had been overcooked and clearly past its servable lifespan, but instead of waiting for fresh steak, the old steak was used.
Erie is a small town with two Chipotle locations. This location is in a state of unacceptable operation and in need of remediation or service being discontinued.
The two star review is due to the fact that the employees who are working hard deserve to be employed, compensated better, treated better, and acknowledgment for seeing the bigger picture in working the job they are. I applaud those employees who are working hard in a tough place where it is not appreciated, and thus see you as a bright spot in a black hole of...
Read moreI absolutely love chipotle. I crave it frequently. The food is great and the employees are kind. Unfortunately, I have to give 3 out of 5 stars because there is no baby changing station in the bathroom. As a tired working mom, when I had an extra day off earlier this week, I decided to treat myself while out running errands. I planned to share my guac with my baby while he sat in his stroller. However, my bliss was short lived as I packed up and headed to the bathroom. No baby changing station. They have high chairs. I would think this is a family friendly place. Why, Chipotle? Is this an accidental oversight or an intentional design flaw? Or is this my misunderstanding? (I did not see a family restroom) Men and women often frequent public places with young ones. It makes me sad to wonder when i will be able to return to one of my favorite places. Unlikely that i will be out without baby anytime soon. Hopefully it is only this location that causes this inconvenience but...
Read moreCompletely messed up the order. Actually not even messed it up, just completely ignored the ingredients wanted. Called and spoke with the service manager who offered zero solution and went on to blame door dash. Are you kidding me? Super rude. I normally don't make a big deal as i understand current staffing situations but this girl completely rubbed me the wrong way with her attitude. She made is seem like there was nothing wrong with a steak bowl withiut any steak. Door dash did great btw.
Missing items- STEAK!! in a steak bowl! Come on. Also, the second bowl in the order was roughly half full. Fajita veggies, lettuce, and cheese were all missing.
Completely botched this one. Not the first time they have messed an order up. Will be reaching out to someone who is qualified to do their job as this squad tonight is obviously unable to perform simple duties such as scooping meat and putting...
