Great place to get ice cream. What makes this place is how different it is from any other place you go get ice cream. They have maybe 20 flavors of plain ice cream flavors (plain meaning they don't have anything mixed in yet). Then you can choose from another (approx) 20 toppings/mix-ins. They scoop the ice cream onto a piece of marble and throw the toppings right on top. They then use a couple spoons and mix or as I'd describe it "smoosh" the toppings into the ice cream. Its VERY rich ice cream. I love me some ice cream but would have problems finishing anything but a small. If you can't decide what combo you'd like, they have a menu of suggestions you choose from as well. They also make sundaes, milkshakes and that kinda stuff. Plus the have premade ice cream cakes which are fabulous to parties, holidays, pregnancy 😉, dinner, etc. The staff's always been very friendly and helpful. Another fun fact: At other coldstones if you tip them for scooping ur ice cream they're required to sing a song. I've yet to try it at this location (not because they don't deserve a top but because I feel bad for making someone have to sing) but it's definitely worth some loose change for a little fun. Ordered a don't cha want some cookie dough or should I say the one that has chocolate chips, cookie dough, fudge, and carmel. While watching the person make it he kept looking up but not at the ice cream. He was very distracted and I could tell this because all I got in my ice cream was cookie dough, chocolate chips and what looked to be either clear sprinkles or salt. He also kept scraping the container because it was almost out so half of my bowl was empty. Then my fiance orders hey batter, batter in a cone and got everything that was to be in it but he didn't do the cone. She said that he forgot the cone so he flips the bowl upside down onto the slab for ice cream and then gets her a cone. While doing that the girls that I feel were distracting him all started to giggle as he started to giggle too. We do the transaction, he stares at me and says can you sign this, as he was holding and again staring at the girls. On our way back home we stopped to get some ice cream. We called 10 minutes before arriving and asked if they had dairy free in stock and they said yes they do. Upon arriving the ice cream case looked like it was literally melting. Also when my wife asked for dairy free they told us they were out?!?!???? When we just called 10 minutes before and asked. After I checked out with my son's and I's ice cream my wife told me that they told her they were sorry they didn't have any d.f and offered frozen yogurt. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. YOGURT IS STILL DAIRY.
