Pulakos Chocolates — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

Pulakos have the best chocolate ever. I have been all over and have never come across a chocolate like here. My favorite is the milk chocolate. It is south, perfectly sweet with just a dark or semisweet undertone that goes perfectly, it gets creamier the longer it melts but does not become over-powerfully sweet. With other local as well as local chocolates any place I've been thought the country, the creamy texture lingers leaving such a sweet rate that I can only eat 1-2 pieces. With Pulakos, I can keep eating because of its prefect balance of the sweetness levels and balances. If I'm looking at some different candies to see what I and too have boxed up and cannot decide, I have always been given a sample if I needed one. Randomly stopped by the area for fuel, and a starbucks stop. Noticed the chocolate store and popped in. I asked whst they were known for and they said thier chocolate covered raspberries and strawberries were very popular. I got both and we got back on the highway...the strawberries were very good, but the raspberries were nothing short of phenomenal. I am sad I live in Indiana and not close to this store....if you are anywhere near them, do yourself a favor and stop...you will not be...

Traveling through and had to stop at a chocolate shop (just because.) Pulakos was our choice because of the history...established in 1903 and still going strong.
