First - Our server was pleasant, brought her game face to the table, and got it all pretty good considering the number of upset patrons she was dealing with. Restroom and restaurant were clean and acceptable.
Everything else was deplorable. I used to be a regular patron here. Service is usually medium to mediocre, but today decided whether I go again.
Sunday - Father's day. Less than half of the tables full and the seating wait is 55 minutes. More than half of the dining room is bussed, clean and ready. Bar is half full. Yet the lobby is waiting out the door, in the rain. Half of the potential appetizer and drink-buying customers are standing, staring at empty tables for close to an hour.
Should have walked. Instead we waited and waited. After we were seated waited another 60+ minutes for meals that came out stone cold. Management and staff scheduling clearly at fault, entire staff looked as frustrated as the patrons.
Shredding my bones club card. Simply terrible. I never write reviews - this time I'm writing a note to corporate as well. DOZENS of people walked while we waited. We should have done the same. Did not ask to speak with the manager as I'm not after anything free and I try not to send food back. Also just didn't want to wait any longer.
It's unfortunate, because I like the food. I used to come once a month. Service has been a slow, steady decline here, usually kitchen somehow. Today was the end for me. Lost mine and my extended families'...

Upon entering the establishment escaping the brisk chill winter night, my nose was instantly hit by the aroma of smoked delicious meats. Behind the pedistal she stood. Like a shining glistening jewel, a beacon of beauty deep with the darkness of the deepest corners of the earth stood Brooke. Her voice like a symphony consisting of all the angels of all the heavens, graced my ears with the very essence of the beauty of existance.
Shown to our booth by the very diety of divine feminine Brooke we were sat presented to us was the holy scriptures of Smokey Bones. Upon placing our orders the very gods themselves decended and graced us with a beyond divine assortment of smoked meats and delicacies. Waited on by Brooke herself.
Words themselves cannot describe this transendant life changing expirience. As if the fabric of reality had been undone and everything finally made sence. Peace and harmony filled our beings with vigor and vitality unlike anything any mortal has expirienced before. Without Brooke im not sure where id be or if id ever had found myself in this chasm of mundane blackness and despair. Our hearts began to glow like the very charcoal used to warm the meats gifted to us. Now we are free.

Food 3.5/5: Started with the pork belly pops. Don’t recommend it. Very sour and very fatty. Maybe only half an inch of meat and the rest was fat. Wifey ordered brisket platter. It was very tender and juicy but the rub was a bit on the salty side but it was still delicious. I ordered boneless rib eye. Asked for medium’s rare got medium to medium well on the half of the steak. So that ruined it for me. Ordered a side of loaded mashed potatoes. To me the mashed seems like it was out of the box. Didn’t taste like real potatoes, had the wife taste and she said the texture was off as well. As for the price its a little bit on the high side for what they serve you. The portions seem small for what you pay.
Service 3.5/5: She was ok. Very friendly and kind. Slow on getting drink refills though almost half way done with our meal before she came.
Restaurant 2/5: If you’re like me and hate the smell of food sticking to your clothes, then this place is not for you. As you enter you get welcomed with that BBQ smoke smell. If you look up on the ceiling you can literally see the smoke circulating around the restaurant. We came outta there smelling like smoked brisket.
Overall 3.5/5: Wouldn’t mind coming back. But it wont be my first choice to dine in, especially when there’s alot of restaurants in the area. Would be in the bottom 15 before i can recommend it to...
