T.J. Maxx — Local services in Millcreek Township

I just wanna say I Love Love Love T-J Maxx ,but the one problem I have every time I come is whn they ask me if I want a T-J maxx card . So I say No all the time because I’m not ready ok . There is this one lady cash register 3 lol smh she will put my receipt 🧾 on blast whn I told her NO 2 times already like this is how much you are spending an we are not done but you will save 10% oh look you are at 259.00 you will save 30$ No. 4th No an now Im feeling uncomfortable 😣 line is long like Nooooooo Miss . Very busy today. Not a fan of store organization. Beauty section is scattered and hard to understand. Certain types of makeup are together bc of brand name, pallets are on an end case, then they also have lots of stuff gathered together bc of their color, regardless of it being a cleanser, facial powder, body wash etc. they have nice stuff, sometimes the product is broken open on shelves and they just clear tape it back together with reduced price tag. They use carts that are 3/4 the size of regular ones, yet they sell very large objects. They have pretty good pricing, but they need to rethink the store set up...

This location has excellent management! I am from west side of Cleveland, 2 hours away and I arrived home hours after leaving Erie, PA realizing I left a bag of items I purchased at the counter. I called the store and explained my situation and immediately the customer service rep contacted the manager and without hesitation said she would ship the items to me. No questions asked!
