Dunkin’ — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

Went to the drive through this morning and waiting a little longer than usual to ask what we wanted to order. Once I ordered, the screen disappeared too fast for me to review my order. Once I got the order, I had paid for an extra order of hash browns and my Veggie Egg White bites were Bacon. As a vegetarian I couldn’t eat it, so went inside to address the situation. When I told the man with a lot of arm tattoos (who also took my order, I recognized his voice), he said, the receipt says Bacon and Egg. I explained that I was vegetarian and did not order that and I was charged for an extra Hash brown (all in a normal tone), he ripped the receipt out of my hand and without explanation of what he was doing, got money out of the register and gave me a refund. He then asked if they should remake them in the most frustrating tone, which I said never mind, then left (I don’t trust that someone with that much anger over a small incident won’t mess with my food). I understand that it’s frustrating working in that environment, but any sort of customer service would have been great. Every time I am there, he is the rudest employee. I’m hesitant about posting publicly because I know how things can happen and I don’t want to bash a business. Especially when it’s new or just opening. I’m aware that sometimes it’s just an employee having a bad day. But this was the icing on the cake for me. The friendliness wasn’t there at the drive through, but that’s fine. It was when I got to the window and she handed me a small instead of a medium so I let her know it was supposed to be an medium, and she was not happy about taking the drink back. I know they are brand new and I am not the kind of person to leave bad reviews typically. But i have gone to the Dunkin at least 4 times now because it is really close to my house. Every time I go there is part of my order that is wrong. Every iced caramel cappuccino that I order is either half full or has no caramel flavor. This morning I ordered one and I don’t know if they gave me the wrong drink but I did say it did not look right. And she said it was. When I tasted it, it was just a regular iced coffee with oat milk and no caramel. I am hoping that they figure it out because I love Dunkin’ Donuts, just taste your drinks before...
