So call to complain about some of the things this cooperation is lacking. Went in to order the two for four breakfast sandwiches and you cannot substitute bacon for sausage???? Even at McDonald's and burger king or even a restaurant it would be not an issue. But at Tim Hortons where after 1230pm you can't find jelly filled timbits because their whole cooperation sucks that you have to call in and see through ten different stores if they have jelly filled timbits because supposedly out of a managers mouth is we don't sell enough throughout the day. First off your timbits are probably your main sellers donut wise. Second if you are constantly sold out of them by 1230 or 130 you must sell quite a bit of them. I am done with the Tim Hortons franchise though after the manager seemed rude and passing everything off like she didn't care. If you can't switch a fricking item on a sandwich you should get zero stars. That means burger king and McDonald's has you beat in the food department. No jelly filled after noon equals minus points too. Should have negative stars...
Read moreLast 5 times I've been there you guys are to busy talking to one another about personal things, loudly I must add. Then you screw up my orders. Over fill my drink. An egg breakfast was a hasbrown and sausage breakfast ICE COLD.. My biscuit sandwichs was English muffin 2x on two separate occasions and only thing warm and that was the hashbrowns and the coffee. The hashbrowns on the 1st order were like bricks you couldn't chew them. So I spend almost $20 each time. You guys lost a customer that pays one of your paychecks, cause your not paying attention and to busy talking and what ever else your doing. There is other Tim Hortons in the area that pay attention to details. That's where your business is going to be headed if it hasn't already, because I am sure I am not the only person this has been happening too. So get...
Read moreWalked in to order 3 coffee and a dozen donuts on Saturday March 23rd at about 1030am There were 4 workers in the front and one I saw in the back. We waited almost ten minutes and they kept saying " someone will be with you" The young man who attended to us after someone yelled about the counter was very bland. He looked sloppy and unattended to his hair being everywhere on his face and head. No smile. Unwelcoming. He took our order. His communication and customer service skills were uninviting. I had been a retail manager for many years. Everyone behind him was chaotic for only a few cars in the drive thru and no one behind us yet in line. Employees should be trained on a better communication schedule along with what their job duties should be. And SMILE we are paying your wages...
