Worst experience for the second time in as many months.
The first there was NO GRAVY for the mashed potatoes.
Called to complain and was told that we had to take it up with door dash. In my food service experience it is the food services responsibility to ensure the order is correct. Especially when the delivery service is its own entity. I did as instructed and received a $5 credit three weeks later, from KFC, a sorry attempt at trying to make a customer happy.
Today we decided to give this establishment another try. You guessed it, the order was incorrect again. This time, we received only 1 gravy. Yeah, 1 is better than none, but who gets the gravy? The oldest, middle, or youngest child? Then if there is any remaining do I get it or my husband?
The chicken was no bigger than a pigeon.
The place should be shut down!!!
The manager should be definetly let go!!!
We will no longer be frequenting this establishment.
Giant Eagle will be getting all of our fried chicken business now forward.
I noticed on the website page for the KFC on West 12th street Erie is in need of 3 top level management positions.
My suggestion is to fill those positions immediately with good honest hard working people that are interested in growing your...

I ordered online a family meal online with a pickup time a hour and a half away. When I got to the restaurant I tried going through the drive thru because I realised I had forgotten my mask at home. I was told I had to go inside, so I did. There were 10 people ahead of me in line when I got there. One person working the register with a broken arm, and four others running drive thru. The other four offered zero help to the one and in the 25 minutes I was in the store not one order was taken. Actually 15 minutes after standing in line was asked for online orders, so I raised my hand. at that point I was told it would be a couple minutes wait for biscuits. In the desire to just get out and go. I asked to substitute the biscuits for a side. needless to side the biscuits came out and were getting served to drive thru customers before I recieved my substituted side.
I guess moral of the story is, it was ok food but if you want treated like you don't exist and low a priority as possible go inside. If not drive thru and NEVER order...

When I did, the girl was clearly frustrated that she would have to make it. She makes me wait for the other guy to come to the front. All the while completing orders for other ppl. The other guy finally comes up and he doesn't know how to do it. She tells him to go put some sugar in the unsweetened tea. This guy isn't going to know how much sugar to add to some random amount of tea. I've been standing here for nearly 20 minutes so I said forget it I don't want the tea can I please have a ride and and I'll be on my way. She then refunds the entire order. I get that these people are not paid very much but that doesn't mean that my dollars are worth less service.
