I used to like this Wendy's, but because of the time of night I like to go, I get the same workers who are ruining it for me. I thought the WHOLE purpose of ordering through the mobile app was to save time? So I don't know why, both times now when I used the app, that my food isn't getting started until I tell them I'm there! I had to order a frosty to get this 20% off deal, it was 11:15 when I placed the order. I waited 15 mins before I went to the restaurant, which is 5 mins away. I sat there for over 5 mins before the employee told me she had just taken the frosty machine down & wanted to know if she could give me something else. I said no, because what am I supposed to get that's equal to a large frosty? She just stands in the window staring at me, I'm like yeah? With attitude she says, Well what do you want me to do then? I tell her the order was placed 25 mins ago, you just took the machine down a few mins ago, so you should've gotten the frosty before that. I said you can refund me the $ for it then, she says OK walks away, comes back 5 secs later saying they can't refund mobile orders. Proceeds to stand there and stare at me again, I say I don't know what you want me to tell you then, so finally just to get her to stop staring & making things awkward I tell her a lemonade. Few mins later, hands the drinks out saying what each are, and when she said the one is coke, I said that's coke that color, it looks like iced tea. Sure enough it was watered down warm coke that was probably poured as soon as the order came thru, yet couldn't get the frosty then & stick it in the freezer to keep it from melting. This same employee wanted to talk about customers the last time I had the pleasure of dealing with her. She didn't realize she left the window open some so I could hear everything she said. When she forgot 2 orders of nuggets & I told her they were missing she began to argue with me about how she knew she put them in the bag. I started pulling food out to show her they weren't there when she says, there's nuggets in there I see them. I shoved the bag at her and say show me the nuggets. She sees that shes wrong but not so much as an apology comes out her mouth! So if you want Wendy's, I suggest not going on the shift that closes, since this seems to be...
Read moreworst wendy's experience ever. never have i ever experienced the slow service, rudeness of employees, and so many forgotten items. it took nearly 10 minutes to order 3 meals and two additional items. it was clearly the cashiers first day and there was no one helping her at all. she was confused and tried to hang me my drink cup when i knew the drink i asked for was behind the counter. (note: it was a lemonade which anyone can clearly see is behind the counter) they then forgot one of our frostys and the manager (i assume) gave us attitude when we told her we were missing one. we then decided to check our bags to make sure all of our food was accounted for. we were missing our sandwich. (the most expensive one) we went up to the register to tell them and the manager that was rude looked at us and walked away. we stood up there for 5 minutes before the other manager came and asked us if we needed anything. she then said she was sorry and gave us the missing item. she was the only nice employee. by far the worst experience ever and the rudest employees besides ONE. if you want to have a crap ton of missing food go to...
Read moreWendy's Review: A Delightful Combo of Flavor and Nostalgia If you're in the mood for a satisfying meal with a touch of nostalgia, Wendy's is the place to be. My recent visit left me impressed with their Chicken Wrap and Creamsicle Frosty combo.
The Chicken Wrap was a delightful blend of tender chicken, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy ranch dressing, all snugly wrapped in a soft tortilla. The flavors harmonized beautifully, making each bite a pleasure.
But the real star of the show was the Creamsicle Frosty. One sip took me back to childhood summers, with its creamy vanilla-orange goodness. It's the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, and it paired wonderfully with the savory wrap.
The service was efficient, and the staff was friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The only downside was the limited seating space, but it's a minor inconvenience considering the quality of the food.
In conclusion, Wendy's Chicken Wrap and Creamsicle Frosty combo is a winner in my book. It's a taste of comfort food with a twist, and I'll definitely be back for more. Highly...
