My husband and I frequent this place and also menchies since we really like frozen yogurt, but reading the 1 star reviews I want to tell you the following:

  1. that you allocate tips for card payments to the homeless is something worthy, but it would be really correct if this comes from your profits as a business owner and not from the gratitude of your clients (for card payments) towards whom they attends
  2. the homeless in this country have many more state and federal advantages than the homeless in third world countries, they just need to have the desire to want to get out of their problems and want to work, but the latter is something that they prefer not to do .
  3. Even if you want to get out of the scheme, customer service in this country by culture or custom is rewarded to whoever serves you in the form of a tip (in cash or by card), this encourages your employees to make an effort to be friendly and encourage your product (everyone wins)
  4. If, on the other hand, you consider that you pay your employees very well, then you should remove the tip cup and the tip option on your machine so that the customer does not feel obligated to compensate for the service in such a way. additional (in cash or card) Having openly dissatisfied employees is never good for any business.

Regarding the product, we can only comment on frozen yogurt:

  1. you should have small cups to try the flavors, we always have the same flavors and we don't know what the others taste like
  2. frozen yogurt is just as good as your competition, the difference in prices is insignificant (1 cent per ounce), therefore you should have larger cups, we are always left wishing we had bought more.

Whatever you do, we will continue going to your business, you are close to our home and with respect to the tips for the machine, do not expect to break a national culture or custom with your card donation strategy, remember that your business is to sell food, not to be wrong an organization to support the homeless with electronic tips from...

Located on a busy corner in South Salt Lake is my ALL-TIME FAVORITE STUDY SPOT! There is ample parking available in the front lot and apparently there is more available in the back, but I have yet to have to park back there. This clean building is well-lit and nicely structured to be able to fit a decent amount of people per table.

As a long-time student, this spot has become a staple in my student career after it opened. This LOCATION is pretty prime and in the middle of the city. This spot is OPEN LATE, making it great place to get work done late at night after finishing classes or work. One of my favorite things about this place is the VARIETY OF PRODUCTS they sell. They sell more than just coffee, so I am able to snack on frozen yogurt, sweet pastries, savory pastries, non-alcoholic mojitos, hot chocolate, smoothies, salads, soups, and so many other little snacks. The chairs at this place are so soft, you can sit and COMFORTABLY do your work for hours, unlike other coffee shops who use wooden chairs or plastic chairs.

What makes this place the best though are the employee(s) of this business. They conduct themselves with such kindness. She has offered me a free frozen coffee drink in my hard times when I was burnt out and times of pure exhaustion. She has given me trials of new menu ideas and makes funny jokes to make me laugh. One time she moved all of my stuff to the other side of the table and rearranged the tables while I was in the bathroom to make me laugh. The owner himself is a funny guy. He cracks jokes about having to pay every time I laugh and is very sociable with his customers. He offered free mac and cheese for us to try on the menu as it was a new item they were thinking of putting on the menu and the crusted cheese on top was the very best.

This family-owned spot is one that I would love to keep to myself, but the barista/employees and the owner deserves so much recognition for their kindness, so I decided to write this review in order to share this great place with...

This place is great. Excellent coffee wether you like it hot, iced or blended... All the employees are wonderful. Unless I really wanted a coffee and they were closed I wouldn't go anywhere else. ❀ This place. A/C is back on and nice n cool. They use top of the line products. Make it exactly how you want it. Everyone is great but Cindy and her daughter Louisia know exactly how to make exactly what I want. Love them. 😍 Besides coffee they have many pastries, cakes, and other food items. The brownie cheesecake is amazing. Also the Caramel cheesecake. I'm a cheesecake lover so that's my preference. They also have dolce de leches, and many others. I'm guessing but I would say around 30 different pastry type desserts and treats 🍰🧁. Then on top of all of that they have frozen custard. I honestly haven't tried everything but all the flavors sound amazing. Things for fruit lovers and milder dessert flavors. I can honestly say anyone that goes in will find something they like. Great indoor atmosphere as well as a patio area that provides seating and shade. Somewhere you can just enjoy your treats and watch the sunset. And yes it faces West so you do have a perfect angle to actually watch the sunset.. sunrise would be great too but IDK if they're opened that early. I'm sure if you're reading this you can find their hours of operation. I know they're opened late for people like muah... With all these sweet and wonderful things I have to say the owner and employees are still the best thing about it. Go check it out.. seriously. Right now..... Or when you are in the area. And make sure to tip... It's not mandatory.. it's just good manners. And we need more good...

Absolutely loved this place! As a serious coffee enthusiast, I was initially skeptical about their coffee machine, but I was pleasantly surprised by the result. The coffee was brewed to perfection, with exceptional flavor and body, thanks to the high-quality beans they use. It's evident they take great care in selecting their beans, and it truly pays off in every cup. Their treats are equally delightful, especially the baklava— the best in town. The layers are perfectly flaky, and the sweetness is just right. Don’t just take my word for it; you’ve got to try it yourself. They have quite a few selection of treat. Besides coffee, they offer a variety of other drinks, including homemade boba tea, which is a fun and refreshing option. One of their standout beverages is a virgin mojito-style drink that is simply to die for. It's refreshing, perfectly balanced, and a great kid friendly drink, and one more surprise #frozen yogurt. (Delicious!!!) The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with an attention to detail in the dĂ©cor that makes you feel right at home. The owners clearly have a passion for their business, and it shows in every aspect, from the friendly, attentive service to the beautifully designed interior. The customer service here is outstanding—everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to make your visit special. 5 stars for the coffee, 5 stars for the treats, 5 stars for the attention to detail in the dĂ©cor, and 5 stars for the exceptional customer service. Whether you’re a coffee lover or just looking for a great place to relax and enjoy some delicious treats, you should definitely visit. You won’t be disappointed!

This used to be my favorite cafe with my boyfriend; we would go 2-3 times a week and always ordered a boba, which was the best. Due to certain circumstances, we hadn’t been able to visit for 4 months. Today, we decided to come back and enjoy our favorite boba, but we found some changes. The place has been remodeled, and the bobas are no longer made with ice cream are new flavors (I had kiwi didn’t taste like that and my boyfriend mango was better but still bad). They are also smaller and much sweeter than usual (I feel like I’m drinking honey). After drinking less than half, we threw the two bobas because they tasted gross. The atmosphere is still nice, each time the employees smile to us and have a good service and I love their rewards program after purchasing 10 products, you get one free, which is great. However, with these changes, I don’t think we’ll visit as often as I used to or never go back. Another thing I noticed was that the table we sat at was dirty with dried coffe or something else, as if it had been there for hours.
