There were several people working when we walked in. We were greeted. The young lady that assisted us was friendly and helpful, D'Asia. There was plenty of seating. Our sandwiches were ready fairly quickly. The restrooms were decent as was the rest of the restaurant. It's a fast food place so of course there's food near the trash can and perhaps on the floor or by the door entrance but nothing out of the ordinary. It wasn't especially clean but it also wasn't especially dirty.

This is my second visit here friendly staff. The subs we ordered were hot and good bread was soft. My only complaint was the cookies which were dry and needed to be thrown away. Stop serving cookies beyond the time on it. There is a reason why times are on it. Everything looked clean and organized.

*Update I received a satisfactory response regarding the pickle 😊 The Hook and Ladder is great... but the pickle leaves a lot to be desired. My advice, don't offer the pickle just to say you do. Sadly, the photo shows the pickle to be much larger than it was 😂.

I can't even give them one star because I had never experienced service like we received today. When we arrived there were two caucasian males waiting for their food. We ordered then a caucasian female and black female came in and another caucasian male also. Long story short they were in no hurry to make sure we was served in a timely manner ohhh and did I forget the lady and male caucasian was served ahead of our order it couldn't have been been because we had a larger order because the lady even said hey they were here way before me and I got three sandwiches. The people here at this store are AMAZING. I ordered a Sub Platter for a work meeting this morning that I needed by noon. Not only was it not a problem to get the platter done at the last minute but the platter was also ready to be served 15 min before I needed it. The customer service is outstanding by everyone, especially the GM Tim Mapp. I would arrange catering from these guys any time. Tim was even ok with a last minute delivery after I had been told by other restaurants that were right down the road that we were out of the delivery area. I am...
