I'm a m-f customer.. alot of workers no me bye name.. I come in everymorning.. I alway get very good service.. Untill on 10/21 I came in around 12:10 and waited for someone to even no I was there they all looked at me in the back but still took a good 5 to 7 min to take my order.. witch I did see the drive thou was busy .. not only that I'm a very good nice person I was not rude at all .. so I gave her my order I had to repeat it 3 times .. I got the 6 dollor meal deal told her I wanted my hot coffee and my bacon egg n chz.. on a Croissant with an x pice of chz... she said it would be xx witch I new .. so I said that is fine I pay I wash my hands come out n my food on a bagel. .. never asked for a bagel I never touched the food I read the tag on the bag .. the same girl came over I told her very nice she rolled her eyes at me said I never asked for it on a croissant.. witch I laughed and thoug she was joking because I told her my order3 times. Witch she had head phones on for the drive thou.. so maybe that's why she did not here me .. but she stood there and wanted to Argue with me instead.. and then she says the 6 dollor meal dael only comes on bagle .. so I said it don't say that on the app or board n I get it alot on a croissant... n no one has ever told me that .. she was rude and very Disrespectful.. the manger that day wad standing right at the drive thou never came to see what was going on nothing .. just let her act like that .. I asked for there names the Ignored me and rolled there eyes then game me a Code ass sandwich.. I no this place as Cameras maybe someone higher up needs to check them more often... but I do want to leave off bye saying my morning crew are the best...

They good to me always have been .. the other manger here sorry I do for get her name but she has blond hair is amazing... I do love this place n the coffee always...

First of all, there's a a code on the bathroom that you can only get from the bottom of the receipt. I had two young children who needed to use the bathroom desperately. I had planned to have them go to the bathroom while my husband waited in the car with the baby, then place our order in the drive thru. No one volunteered the code despite my obvious issue, so I had to run outside with the kids and get the card from my husband. Then, while praying my younger son didn't pee right there in line, I waited and waited for one of those gossipy women to finally saunter over to the counter to take my order. I bought three donuts under duress, because the other options were letting him pee in the parking lot (which I seriously considered) or letting him have an accident. Additionally, it's extremely unsanitary to require people to make a purchase in order to use the bathroom. Basically, you're forced to take your food into the bathroom, since I wouldn't trust those sloths in DD visors to watch my order to prevent someone else from taking it. Perhaps the state department of health needs to be made aware of this particular issue. Furthermore, they were out of every type of donut in the advertisement outside. I was told they ran out of them pretty early this morning. Um, shouldn't you be making more since you have huge advertisements for them?...

It seems nothing changes. 3 years ago I left a review bc they messed up orders all the time and here I am again my husband went to Dunkin to get me a bacon egg and cheese buttered and toasted bagel and came home with just a buttered toasted bagel. It was missing the bacon egg and cheese. On the ticket it said a bacon egg and cheese bagel toasted dark with butter and yet the whole inside of the sandwich was missing. It’s just a huge inconvenience bc now myself or husband have to drive all the way back wait in a line for them to fix it when it should have been made right the first time!

Giving 3 stars bc I went the other day n asked for hazelnut cream n sugar cold coffee which is what I’ve always ordered n it’s always been wonderful. Well they forgot hazelnut . I didn’t realize u til after already driving off. Then I go back this morning n order the same thing n it just didn’t taste right. I asked for them to fix it n suggested maybe it needed more creamer n hazelnut. Well it just wasn’t right n I feel completely turned off from the now. Businesses need to make it the same every time not let the workers make it the way they think it...
