By far one of the worst McDonalds locations I’ve ever been to. The female employees here have such bad attitudes and act like they’re giving out food for free. We made an order and they overcharged. We go back and let them know as would any other customer who was overcharged. We resolve the issue and go back and sit down and the female employees talk about it and laugh. Then the lady brings us our drink and has a horrible attitude. Then she goes back to the counter and continues to talk to another employee and the other one laughs, not realizing that I’m sitting there watching. I don’t get what was so funny. We didn’t ask you for free food. We gave you the money for what we ordered and you gave us what we ordered. So that attitude and laughing was completely unnecessary and rude. And I bet if you guys went somewhere and got overcharged, you would also want your money back. You wouldn’t be laughing then, would you? You people need to learn good customer service because with that attitude, no customer would be returning to your location. I certainly won’t be coming back...
Read moreI started out going through the drive thru (lane 1) only for no one was taking my order although lane 2 was moving quite quickly. Got out of lane and went inside. Told the register employee and the manager the problem with lane 1. Ordered pancakes and large ice coffee to go (order #194) As I’m waiting I get back in line to order 2 chocolate milks. Only as I’m waiting I see a pancake order with a large ice coffee sitting on the counter in an eat in tray (who knows how long it had been sitting there). I get out of line to see if it’s my order and sure enough it was. I told an employee it was supposed to be to go and ask if I can get 2 chocolate milks to go..both he and the manager said needed to get back in line for that..1 register with about 5 people in line. Having worked at Ocean City Maryland McDonalds in the 80’s I can honestly say owner Earl Taylor would have never put up with such crappy service from his employees!! Read moreBeen working in the area for the last 4weeks and pretty well eat lunch there ever day the food was good tried to get the high price Carmel frappe which they never got it close to what it looks like on the menu I think it's really bad to charge a person that price and never get it right I would never give a good review for that sorry product i hope they would train there people in all the store to fix the product the same way and make sure it looks like it does the menu where the Carmel is in it not just on the top I have wasted to much money on them to ever buy a nother one I am not the one to have to pay them to learn how to fix there product and besides it really needs to look close to what does on the menu to be worth that kind money which i keep giving a chance to fix it right and they never did so my wrong doing on that but I really like the ones I got in Richlands Virginia they got me...
