Wendy's — Restaurant in Milltown

First let me say I do not frequent fast food places often but we needed some quick food for our toddler who was of course starving. I don't have much to compare this to since I haven't been inside a fast food place or Wendy's in years but I'm surprised it's gotten this horrible.

First, used the rest room and found there was no changing table. To my knowledge fast food places cater towards children so the fact that they have a large handicap bathroom with no changing table confused me.

Ok time to order food. Per the receipt our oh-so-high cashier's name is Alexander. I asked him if I could order a number 12 (the new mozzarella chicken sandwich) with just a plain bun instead of the garlic bun. He confirmed I can. I said ok I'll take that. He said what kind of drink. I said no drink just the sandwich. He goes what sandwich do you want? Now I'm confused. What do you mean what sandwich? He's like what sandwich are you ordering? Umm the number 12 which we were just discussing 30 secs ago. We then ordered the rest of our food surprisingly with no more issues.

Sit at the table and it's a bit dirty so I clean it. Get our food. My sandwich has a garlic bun. Face palm. Have to get it exchanged because Alexander is clearly a non functioning high person. Sandwich is mediocre and part of it tastes like pickles. There are no pickles on this sandwich. Fries were cold and tasted old. Forced the food down and we were on our way.

Please do not come here. For so many reasons, just don't do it. I get that weed is legal in NJ, but don't be an a-hole and go to work high. We just had to order food from someone that was high while we were with our 2.5 yr old daughter. This is just unacceptable on so...

I stopped there and ordered an asiago classic chicken sandwich without tomatoe & light on the ranch sauce. I had to repeat it three times before I think he got it. I drive up to the window & said I hope you don't mind but i'm going to check the sandwich. I open it up and all it consist of is the bun, chicken, cheese and a poor excuse for bacon. I hand it back to him and tell him. It's not right, there's no lettuce, and there's no sauce. He takes it back, walks to the food prep area comes back and hands my a sandwich. I opened it up to check it, it's the same sandwich, there's no lettuce or ranch dressing on the bun. I hand it back, he takes it again cones back hands me a sandwich, it's the same sandwich and I hand it back. Next the food prep person comes out asks me what I want. I tell them I want everything on the sandwich except lite ranch sauce & no tomatoes. So they say, oh, you want it plain? No I want everything on it with light ranch sauce and no tomatoe. They walks back they give me another sandwich same sandwich! I tell him it's still wrong. I do want lettuce & light ranch sauce on it! Just no tomatoe! He goes back to the food prepare area, comes walking back to me and hands me the same damn sandwich!. There's no lettuce on it and there's no ranch dressing on the bun. At this point I throw it in the window. I ask for the manager and I'm told there's no manager there. So I tell him I just want him money back and give him back the rest of the...

First and last time I come to this Wendy’s location the workers were rude especially the man with glasses I asked if I could have extra sauce and he flat out said no with no explanation as to why. They had a sign that says that extra sauce is .35¢ which I was willing to pay and they also forgot to give me my kids lemonade so I had to tell them i assume the lady is the manager I’m not sure she did apologize but the man in glasses when told didn’t even care all he said was “Oh” and when I got home I was missing part of an order which was the 10 piece nuggets I had ordered the combo I got the fries but not the nuggets? It wasn’t even busy there was only 1 car infront of me so I don’t understand how that happened the food was cold my kid complained that the fries didn’t even taste fully cooked and when I tried it she was right some parts were still really cold and hard while other parts were squishy but still cold it’s really disappointing I only came to this location for the convenience since it’s closer to me than the one I usually go to which is the one on Easton ave.
