BevMo! — Restaurant in Milpitas

Ordered online and scheduled a pickup for a specific time. When I got to the store there was no special spot for scheduled pickups. I had to wait in the back of the regular line behind all the customers who were there just making regular purchases. In these days of Covid, I don’t like waiting inside a building in a line for a long period of time even if there is spacing and everyone is wearing masks. I expected that by ordering online and scheduling a specific pickup time I could avoid this. With Total Wine and More when I order online and schedule a pickup time they bring the order out to your car for a curbside contactless pickup. It is much safer. I will not be going back to BevMo until the Covid...

I received terrible terrible customer service from a store representative at this Bevmo location today on 4/28/21 around 4:30pm. It might have even been a store supervisor that gave such horrible attitude and acted like she did not even want to be at work today. I have been a loyal Bevmo customer since this location has opened up nearby transitioning over from being a long time Total Wine customer. The only representative who truly cares about customers and their experience is Shin. Thank you Shin for helping me out. However, I hope that this review will not be disregarded to see if Bevmo truly cares about the customer experience and the rest of the staff...

Excellent selection, good prices, better service than I would expect.

It's easy to get spoiled with being able to purchase liquor from grocery stores. I don't go to BevMo too often but when I know I need to buy a fair amount of liquor it's definitely worth the trip to the store. Even when the store was packed I was surprised how fast I was able to get into some of the log cabinets thanks to the friendly customer service they have here.

I only complaint / suggestion be to possibly have more carts around. Five star seems a little too generous for any liquor store, but given what it is, this location...
