I think I found my new favorite pho spot in Milpitas. They just opened on Dec 1 and have a promo for this month where you can get a bowl with 3 toppings for $12.95. They take cards but they also offer a cash discount. We came here on a Friday night a little before 6pm and were seated immediately. Food came out quickly once we ordered. They have lemon infused water and they were consistently checking in to see if we needed more water. We ordered the spring rolls, pho with 3 toppings and the short rib pho. I was so hungry that I forgot to take a photo of my pho. Spring rolls were solid and it came with a warm peanut sauce to dip in. I got pho with flank, brisket, and tendon. The tendons were tender and there was plenty of it with my pho. My husband got the short rib pho which came with 2 ribs! The meat was so tender that I was able to scrape it off the bone with my chopsticks. There's more items on the menu that we want to come back and try. The value is also great because there's only one size, which is a huge bowl. They offer fresh noodles at an additional cost but they had ran out. That's one of the things I want to add to my pho the next time we come back. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. There's plenty of parking in this plaza. I do hope this business will last since it used to be a boba shop. I highly recommend coming here if you're craving pho!

I don't often take the time to write reviews, so if i do, it either means it is really bad or it is really good! Pho Love is a newly opened hidden gem! The Spring Rolls were the best I've had in 14 years. The peanut sauce was a perfect balance of sweet and savory with crunchy crumbled peanuts on top. They had a generous amount of shrimp and pork in the roll at a reasonable price! The satisfying mouth feel when biting into the roll was memorable. The Short Rib Pho with fresh noodles was excellent! The broth was pretty clear, so you know they spent the time purify the broth. They gave 2 bone-in short rib which is generous!! The meat was tender and juicy! The side vegetable condiments were fresh and high quality! I never had a lime that gave so much juice and pulp! The basil was so fresh you could smell the fragrance. The quality vs price is excellent! I recommend visiting and giving it a try! Would I visit again? Yes!

No frills Pho place! I give 4 stars based on the price and quality. I ordered 3 topping Pho for $12.95 plus fresh noodle for extra 75 cents. Price point is awesome, you can't find that price in San Jose for comparable quality. The broth: nothing special but passable. But I have to say there is no Pho place around here that has exceptionally distinctive broth, unless Phos in SoCal. So I don't expect that. The meat: raw meat is tender enough, I can tell they use good quality meat. Flank and tendon are also tender but not too soft. It's cooked right! Ambience: very basic interior design, I'd love to see some more charismatic decors so I can enjoy the atmosphere, not just the food. Service: the girl was attentive to me. Very good customer service, I hope it lasts a long time. Overall, I will come back if I want a quick Pho fix. I think it's worth to give it a try!

I can't leave more than one Google review, so I had to switch accounts just so I could emphasize how amazing this place is.

Bottom line: The food is consistently delicious!

So far, I've tried their pho tai, vermicelli grilled chicken & egg roll, grilled chicken banh mi, and passionfruit lemonade.

The best way I can describe their food is that it just tastes like it's always made with love. It never feels like my food is on a conveyer belt of order receipts. It's just one of those places you go to and think, "The cook probably cooks like this for their own family." 'Cause everyone knows that if the cook would give it to their own kin, it was made with such love and care.

I also met Winnie the last time I was there (not sure if I spelled her name right), and she is just one of the sweetest and most down-to-earth servers I had ever had. She truly made my experience all the better.

Lastly, I learned that they have special promos, ranging from free sides for specific orders to 20% discount days for students, seniors, and Milpitas PD/Fire! There's more information on their Instagram (@pholove55) and TikTok (@pholovemilpitas), so if you're ever curious to find out more, check them out on their platforms!

Overall, I feel so valued and satisfied whenever I come here. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, PhoLove. I'll be coming often for as long as I can.

-Jess (:

Just tried this place yesterday 'cause I was trying to treat my parents out to a "quick bite" (as far as sit-downs go, at least). My dad and I are avid noodle enjoyers, and I am extremely into pho.

This place had such amazing noodle texture -- a lot of places overcook their noodles; this place was not the case! The broth was rich, though just a BIT greasy for my liking; but, definitely nothing to COMPLAIN about. The meat was soooo tender (I got pho tai -- rare steak) and the veggies were fresh, but the portion is on the smaller side and is only available in one size. Not too bad though since I'm always keen on getting a lil drink or appetizer to go with my food.

I used to drive 20-25 min just to get to my favorite pho spot, but this place is 10 min away from me and is such a great substitute on those days where I'm not in the area of my other go-to spot!

Service was good, and I plan on going back again today for lunch -- 1) because I liked it a lot and 2) because I need to see if their good noodle texture is consistent.

Update: I went back the very next day and the food was just as amazing as the day before. I made small talk with the server/cashier who happened to attend to my table the day before, and she was very sweet -- obviously seemed happy to see a returning customer. Officially making this my new go-to spot! Thank...
