Panda Express — Restaurant in Milpitas

I am disgusted beyond words I helped a disabled women when I came in here to order my food into the store. When I got to the line, the manager Bam had a poor attitude they had no chow mein and no sesame seed chicken. She aggressively told me it’s going to be three minute wait I said that’s fine. I can wait not a problem then she throws the white box container over on the other side of the food quarter And I said excuse me why are you aggressive today? Is there something wrong? I should be upset that I have to wait but I’m not acting out you are I ended up waiting the three minutes for my food. I should’ve checked the box the food container if you will, so I got three entries. I had a double portion, a sesame seed chicken, as well as Beijing beef . They had to put in a small box and chow mein. This is what my box look like this is not a double portion of sesame seed, chicken, I’m appalled at the customer service, and the lack there of. She knows I cannot upload a picture here I’m going over to Yelp to do...

Number one concern is that there is a staff member here that consistently does not give fortune cookies. I do not know if this is a result of training error or what but they have been there for months and if they are ringing me up I can basically guarantee I'm not getting a cookie. It's kind of bizarre. The varying levels of roboticness that the staff are trained or hardwired to operate with doesn't help broach this topic so I don't say anything but thought I review was appropriate.

Restaurant is clean and some employees are very personable. For reference would appreciate not being rushed by staff while I'm ordering and there's 1 (one) person in line behind me.

I recently visited Panda Express and ordered two big plates. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. It took nearly half an hour for my order to be prepared. Additionally, the staff did not verify the items being packed against my order. After noticing this mistake and informing them, I was told to wait. This added another 20 minutes to my wait time. To make matters worse, it seemed they forgot about my order entirely until I asked again. Overall, the delay and lack of attention to detail were frustrating.
