The coffee always tastes great here, staff is super friendly! Like most people we tend to go to the place that shows and appreciates the customer, I mean Iām not asking for nothing for free but I am saying when u walk into store and barista acknowledges ur presence. It is a good feeling because people donāt know what kind of a day we are having and that little extra acknowledgement goes long way. The store inside and outside Is always clean, organized and during the covid days it was sanitized regularly. This place right here they even know my coffee when I come in. so I could just walk in and pay. Thanks guys cheers š„š„š„

Ā Ā Ā Read moretoday, 1-25-23 around 4:30pm, i came to this starbucks drive thru to buy one tall frappuccino. i said my order at the speaker and proceeded to drive up. at the window, the girl who took my order gave me a whole different drink.. then when she asked what i wanted i told her my correct order which i did say at the speaker..(donāt know how she managed to get it wrong but i know people make mistakes.) then she proceeds to charge me a grande when i said tall!! and it was just one drink. and i was the ONLY car in the drive thru and she still managed to mess up my order⦠not to mention the drink was not tasty at all, it felt like i was just drinking iced milk because she didnāt even put the right pumps of mocha. im usually not the type to leave one star reviews because i do work in customer service and i know how it feels to be in this workers shoes. but iām just so disappointed in the service today not sure if iāll be coming back to...

I placed mobile order, selected the option of curbside delivery, checked in, waited for over 15 mins outside so that someone can come over, no one came. When I called them, they said I need to come in to pick it up when there were already 5 customers in line to get in. Wait, isn't that the whole point of curbside delivery, that you don't have to get in the store? They finally said wait a sec and someone would be right there, 15 mins again, no one came. Finally I had to get in the store to pick it up. Didn't even listen to my suggestion on how they can improve. Starbucks locations like this don't deserve to exist that don't know they need to place signs in parking area with numbers for curbside check ins and what a curbside delivery...
