This Dominos store, by far this is the most professional and pleasant staffed store, I personally have been to! We it had a long day, as we are unpacking from our move, and I'd come down with a bug. So my boyfriend decided to order a pizza from the local Edgewood Domino's. He woke me up to eat and I wouldn't eat it because the crust had too much garlic sauce? on the crust. Later on I called Domino's and ask to speak with the manager and explain why I didn't like the pizza. He apologized and ask me if I'd like another I told him no thank you, it was too late and I already had something else. He let me know that whenever I wanted to come in and get a replacement Pizza I could. However, every time I ordered we forgot to use the free pizza credit ,But just last week I was starving and it was late at night at 11:30. As I drove by Domino's I thought well why not I'll give it a try? So I went in and spoke with the manager which was the same I spoke with on the phone in February. He was the same in person as he was on the phone. Pleasant and professional, and had my pizza in the oven as well as complimentary breadsticks! Now this was the kicker- When he tried to look up our account to confirm the purchase he couldn't find us in the computer. My boyfriend picked it up and I'm not sure which number he used, because we had just moved. Irregardless, I still couldn't prove that I purchased that pizza and he didn't remember... yet I was still treated with respect and when I left, I left feeling like a valued customer and most of all I was HAPPY ! It was 20 minutes before close I had walked in there wearing grubby clothes, a mess because I've been working all day, I didn't have a receipt or any proof of purchase , just my word. Now, I've worked at Nordstrom, I've worked in professional outside and inside sales, the financial industry as well as the Realty industry. I've worked under many a managers and been management myself...& the reason I'm saying this is because I KNOW what good customer service is, as well as a good staff that is produced by a good management style... and that Domino's has it! I wanted to make sure that I didn't forget to acknowledge my experience and say thank you! We spend our hard earned money all different types of places on a day-to-day basis. I've been saying how I thought customer service skills in general is so incomplete. Also, the confidence and ability staff and management has in ones business to make a decision or "a judgement call" so to say, about any issues that might arise , is so lacking in comparison to what I've thought was a standard. Sometimes more and more often I Ieave a business feeling as if their employees overall attitude reflects one that I should be thankful that they're allowing me to do business there?¿ However, Renewed Faith in "Great" Customer Service ... CHECK!! 🍕📝👍 So great job guys and Merry...
Read moreFormer employee here. I was actually trained at this place in 2018, when people were actually proud of the work they put out. I ordered a medium extravaganzza with extra cheese as well as a pasta. To keep things more accurate, this was on the 22nd of September, 10:05 pm, so that you can find shift manager. The pasta was alright, nothing wrong with that. But the pizza. It was BALD. I know that an extrav is supposed to have cheese on top anyway, so with extra cheese, it's supposed to seriously look cheesy, and this guy, whatever his name is, claims to have put extra cheese and give me this lame excuse that "that's just how the cheese falls through". Now I'm no dummy, and I know that 2.5 ounces of cheese go on the bottom of the pizza, 2.5 ounces go on top for a regular medium extrav, and 2.5 extra ounces for extra cheese, giving a total of 5 ounces. There was, at best, 2 ounces on top of my pizza. I wouldn't post this review if yall would've admitted your mistake and made me a new one, but your manager "guaranteed" to have put extra cheese. Absolutely terrible quality control and training, and have fun with reading this post, exposing how lazy yall got. I'll just stick to my store that I worked at, at Auburn. They at least don't serve bald extravs, especially when ordered with...
Read moreHUGE shout out to Domino's. When we moved here five years ago we ordered from Pizza Hut. They messed up our order, every time we called it went to a Pizza hut call center and they could not get in touch with the local store. When my husband went back with the incorrect Pizza he heard the phone ringing and no one was answering it and letting it go to the call center I assume. And they said it would take an hour to make our new pizza or they could give us a refund. He took the refund and we vowed never to order from them again. Since then I've downloaded the Domino's app. I have never had an issue ever with Domino's until today (we have ordered 2-3 times a month) I ordered three pizzas and they were delivered. When I opened the boxes I noticed one was wrong. Before I could even call or open the app to report the issue another delivery driver showed up and gave me two pizzas. One of them was the one that was incorrect and the other was a duplicate of one I already had. He said keep them both. Literally there was less than 5 minutes between both of these deliveries. And by the way if you haven't tried the app you should because they tell you when the delivery is on the way and everything. Please support the local Domino's because they know how customer...
