Since the old manager George left it had difficulty getting new management. The new employees for the most part are very difficult to deal with. On one occasion we had to return a third time tell again ask for an ingredient not to be included. Another time we had a similar situation where they did not include ingredients there's no consistency at this particular Taco Bell on Pearl. The female manager Katrina or katianna or something like that is has a strong accent and is difficult sometimes to understand they get offended and argumentative when you ask them to correct an order kindly and considerately. We have had to repeat our order several times almost continually through the drive-thru and they still don't seem to get it correct. We pick up food for seniors that want Taco Bell and they give us their orders and we tell them exactly and they still never seem to get it right. One time the manager wasn't in, and the employee that I suppose you'd normally Cooks tried to take the order she did not speak very good English and when I tried to correct her several times she got upset. She did not understand, I spoke fluent Spanish and actually heard her calling me some inappropriate names in the back with another Spanish worker in there primary language. One time the manager the same manager insulted me as we expressed how disappointed we bore with something we ordered and it was 98% tortilla with a little bit of beans also we ordered black beans and we got to tablespoons for a dollar seventy. The company I was with another occasion said they would fire her in a minute for being so very very rude. It's not like she just had a bad day is like every day...

I was missing food. Went back thru got my food. Idk if they are used to people coming thru and being on that Karen level or what but I stayed respectful. The window girl had an attitude from hell. Even from the first time I went thru. She wouldn't look at me, snatched my card, didn't give me a reciet and shut the window on me before I could ask a question. I get home and my food was wrong again. Yeah I know check it before you leave but I had faith they wouldn't mess it up twice. This time I go inside and I kept calmed and talked to the manager. I asked if I could just have a refund at this point because I didn't wanna deal with it. He proceeded to argue with me for 10 minutes insisting i give him a good reason why because of their refund policy. He asked was it the food and the service and I kept saying yes and every answer I gave him wasn't good enough. At this point I'm just asking for a refund. He's talking over me asking why. I said I don't wanna cause a scene can I just have a refund. He goes I can't just give you a refund without a reason.. Apparently coming back twice and dealing with his rude window girl isn't a Good enough reason. So $10 worth of food just isn't worth arguing over. Especially with someone who isn't even listening to me. I said forget it. Left the food and walked out. I'm out $10 but at least I'm at peace. Kudos for not being a taco bell...

She was basically like youāre not allowed to ask questions in the drive-through. Please pull forward. Another lady got on and she was like if you have questions, you can find the answers online we cannot help you please pull forward. All they care about is the drive thru times not about helping a customer. I asked for corporateās number they refused to give it to me ābecause they tried to help meā.
