Dunkin' — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I'm from Milwaukee but I don't live there anymore. I was in town for a funeral and stopped in the Capitol Drive location (as I usually do when I'm home) for some coffee's for my family. The service was very good (as usual)--exceptional even. I neglected to tell them that my mom's coffee needed to be decaf. After realizing my mistake I went inside to get them to make a new one, planning to pay for it as it was my mistake. The manager assisted me, made the coffee, and just GAVE it to me. I offered to pay but he told me not to worry about it. I know this is just a small thing to some, but in the midst of a tragedy it was a welcome display of kindness, and it was greatly appreciated. Each time I come to this location my iced Carmel latte is never made the way I ask. Whenever I ask for extra carmel, I always have to ask again at the window before pulling off. The lack of customer satisfaction is horrible. The women always seem so angry or not pleased with their job. I was once an employee for Dunkin Donuts and I provided the best quality of services and I also know how my drinks are suppose to be made. Well today was the last day I visit this location. My Carmel macchiato has a very weird after taste like something else was put in my drink. It saddens me that I have to find another location to go to when this is vlose to where I work. 21st has ruined the customer satisfaction...

The restaraunt is dirty but even more the manager at the front or who ever was at the cashier register I told her that I was waiting on a order and she got her phone took all of 2 minutes to ignore me and send a few text messages then she went on as of she didn't hear a thing. I then asked her why did she ignore and was texting and she told me she got a lot to do and if she don't like it to leave So im writing this review She had about 6 pink slips pending to be made and she stopped to send a text I uber so I just waisted money and time since she wanted to send a text and told me to leave because she didn't want me to confront her about ignoring me and texting fired or...
