Beautifully restored Late 19th and Early 20th century factory building which once house a tanning operation among other things. The building has been renovated into smaller suites which offer professional services, and one of a kind, specialty retail items. Came here for the gem shop, Juicy Rocks and was pleasantly surprised. I rented a studio here for nearly 2 years - spaces are physically great for the price, but management is awful, making it difficult to find solutions to problems. As well, their logistical processes are not user friendly. In spite of what they tell you, they in fact do not care about the tenants. You'll experience poor communication from rude, sketchy, shady individuals in management from start to finish. I could go on and on with examples, but it's quite an extensive list to have had to...

Poor upkeep! The roof leaked allover our equipment while playing today! Some one could have been seriously injured or killed! Completely negligent owners!!! Overpriced...
