Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Milwaukee

If I could leave a zero star I would. 2/25/24 about 7pm came in and ordered a Japanese Pan Noodle with a side of Mac n Cheese and Parm Chicken. I ordered with cashier 37, who failed to tell me they were out of mushrooms and broccoli. When she brought it to my table and I said something she was like “oh we are out” and I asked for a compensation for the missing items on my dish. She rolled her eyes and had to grab her manager and he did apologize professionally but still was not making it right. The manager told me he couldn’t refund me but he would make me a new meal. I chose simple butter noodles. As he brought it to be I was upset but appreciated the try. As I tried to eat it they DOUSED my butter noodles in salt to the point I couldn’t eat my meal. This location was such a let down. The employees clearly got irritated with the complaint. Employees need some more training on the company’s motto “ We want you to love your visit. That’s why we offer you a Goodness Guarantee. It’s our promise that you meal will be fresh and made-to-order, If you don’t love it, we’ll replace it. That’s Uncommon Goodness” Very disappointing visit. And the restrooms were...

Ive never had issues with any other locations but this one. It’s a issue every time here. The employees are always on their phones while preparing meals… which is extremely unsanitary. Also THEY. DO. NOT. LISTEN.!! My partner and I are allergic to peanuts, but we love the pad thai…. The last FOUR times we have came to this location we have asked for the pad thai without the peanuts and we have to send it back everytime. We specifically said every time that we have an allergy. It’s gotten to the point that we ask the employees to repeat our order back to us and they do but every time we end up sending it back….. I’ve never had this issue with any other location. I went here because it’s closest to my house but I will no longer be returning… they’re customer service is awful even aside from the wrong order issues I’ve had, the employees here act as if they all hate their job!! Nobody is professional or at the very least, have a positive attitude...

Currently its all about the zucchini noodles...They are good and good for You... If its not as good as "Noodles" I will probably rather not go. It's casual as a place, you'd stop as your traveling on the freeway...Nothing special just inviting... The food is just "Comfortable" like something your Mom made. Only to tell the truth its a quite a bit better than that...Its like a fast food at a slower pace. You eat it there, its not the kind of thing you can eat while your driving. What are you in such a hurry for any way. Come in and eat, relax and or meditate... The pace there has no expectations on you or the staff...Your in, your out, and your gone on your way...it dosent get amy simpler than that... I go when I'm hungry, dont have to get prepared, I can take a buddy, or with somebody special...Love the kids faces as they suck in the noodels...For what it is, it's just great, no reason not to go....Enjoy. don't forget thumbs up if you...
