VERY POOR SALES SERVICE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!
SO I CAME IN YESTERDAY TO RETURN A TABLET CAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE ONE I WANTED IN STOCK BUT THIS 1 THAT I GOT WAS VERY SLOW AND COULDN'T DO WHAT I NEED IT TO DO I DO GRAPHIC DESIGNS SO I WALKED IN AND TOLD THEM I WANT 2 EXCHANGE THIS PRODUCT SO THE GUY FROM ELECTRONICS SAID OH I CAN HELP YOU I HANDLE THE TABLETS SO WE GO OVER BY THE TABLETS AND IM LOOKING AT THEM AND YOU GUYS ARE HAVING A SALE SO I SEE 1 THAT SAYS 169.00 SO IM LIKE THAT LOOKS LIKE A GREAT DEAL HE WAS LIKE YEAH WE ARE HAVING A SALE SO IM LIKE HOW FAST IS IT HE DIDN'T KNOW OFF TOP OF HIS HEAD SO THEIRS A LONG PLASTIC STRIP THAT HE LIFTS AND HE GOES THAT IS NOT THE PRICE ITS 279.00 SO IM LIKE YOU HAVE THE PRICE IN THE WRONG AREA COVERING UP THE PRODUCT WHICH IS VERY MISLEADING SO ARE YOU GOING TO HONOR THAT PRICE HES LIKE I GOT TO CALL A MANGER SO SHE COMES OVER AND MAKES EXCUSES WHY THE PRICE IS PRESENT IN THE WRONG PLACE AND WANTS TO ARGUE LIKE IM WRONG FOR YOUR COMPANY MISLEADING CUSTOMERS I SAID YOU SHOULD FIX THAT AND PUT TAPE DOWN SO YOUR PRICES DONT SLIDE OVER THAN SHE SAID NO THATS HOW WE DO IT CAUSE THATS COMPANY POLICY VERY POOR SALES TACTICS SO I HAD ENOUGH AND I RETURNED THAT PRODUCT AND I WILL NO LONGER BE SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH YOUR COMPANY I WILL GO BACK TO WHAT WORKS AND DO BUSINESS WITH ONLY BEST BUY!!!!! CAUSE THEY KNOW HOW 2 HONOR A PRICE WHEN THEY ARE WRONG!

Read moreHorrible customer service. There were three employees working and 4 or 5 customers in the entire place. I needed to pick up two posters that had been printed earlier in the day. It took 10 minutes for an employee to come to the print and copy counter to help me. Once I got my materials I went over to the shipping counter to mail the posters. There was a very young employee who clearly lacked any kind of training for how to ship packages. I purchased the poster tube and it then took 15 minutes for this employee to figure out how to print a label. The manager had to come over and instruct this employee every step of the way. Not only that, but the employee forgot to ask me to pay for shipping and the manager had to step in. Who knows how many packages that employee had shipped for free because they did not know the process. At the end of the transaction, the employee did not put the shipping label on my package. I had to remind them that the label needed to go on the package before it could be shipped. The manager was rightfully very frustrated with this employee but this employee was laughing the entire time. It was completely unprofessional and they didn't care about actually completing the task. I usually don't write Google reviews, but it was ridiculous that I had to spend over 30 minutes in an Office Depot to ship a single package. Please train your employees and show at least a little...
Read moreI have been coming to Milwaukee for the past three summers for school (in my third now), and every time I try to use this store, I have had terrible experiences. Do NOT try to send anything to print through the internet. When I showed up to get it, they said they didn't offer that service (even though I sent it to the store using online printing ordering section of the website and used their store id, AND got a confirmation email??????) and then literally 3 months later, after I had left Milwaukee, I got an email saying my print job was done. Yes. They did charge me. And that was one heck of a nightmare.
There is always some sort of service not being offered because something is "broken" and they can't answer many questions. Do not go to this store. It is the closet one to were I live in Bay View while I am here, and I make ever effort to go anywhere else...
