Quarantine Edition: I ordered some items on Michaels that I needed the next day. The website states if ordered before 3pm it is same day pick up. I ordered at roughly 12am. Then I called the next morning around 10am and asked if I would be able to pick it up by 12am. The employee said that I needed to wait 24-48 hours for the items to process to use. I responded with asking about the same day pick up. She responded "we are getting over 300 orders per day, so you just need to wait for the email," and then she hung up immediately without giving me a chance to respond. Her tone was rude, but I try not to use that as large impact in my reviews. We all have our rough days. However, If your website FRONT PAGE says same day I expect to get it same day, or at least some type of consideration, or apology from the staff to say we are working as hard as we can. I understand things go wrong or you get busy but I won't tolerate being hung up on from a large business. I'm sure aside from quarantine, going to the store would be a fine experience, but I will never shop at this location because I expect decent customer service whether you are busy or not, in person or...
Read moreI love it here. I love how they are very informative. When a customer complains about not being able to use two coupons, they explain in every detail about why two coupons cannot be used. I love how even if their store isn't as organized as they want it to be even though I see them trying their hardest, they still take pride in it and help people find exactly what they need. They multi task, deal with impatient individuals, and even when they have rude customers, they are extremely helpful and nice. Some people don't know that these workers are doing their best to help and there's not much they can do, but they're some of the nicest, ambitious people I've ever encountered with. Each staff member is wonderful and sometimes I wish that customers would realize that instead of losing it. The staff should be treated like humans too. And treated like you would like...

I have been attempting to get candle making supplies and other items and they have been out of stock for over a month. Really? You are a craft store and don't have any supplies to make candles? The response from management was get this....well our supplier hasn't been delivering. Soooo....I asked which stores in Milwaukee County area have simple paraffin wax and wicks. Response....none. So for a month you have had nothing and don't have a time frame when you will? No. Can I special order some or something? Response from manager Jess......we don't have any thats it!
