The food is your basic Subway affair; Only really worth going for the BOGOF.
The in-person service has been good to me---for the most part---but the app and website is terrible. (I can not even call anyone to talk about this location... nor file anything online about the issues with this place.) This location keeps turning off all the items on the app to prevent you from ordering from here because the owner does not believe in allowing the BOGOF (according to one of the employees; Another employee claimed staff shortage). (I have been trying to do a BOGOF since Monday, September 30th, 2024 and now it is Friday, October 4th, 2024.) So if you wanna do the BOGOF... you have to go to another location if you wanna use the app. (And again... you can not file anything online about it... hencewhy I am writing about it here on Google.)
The atmosphere is just the standard, bland, semi-corpo Subway affair and not really worth noting.
Again... Subway is only really worth going in for when BOGOFs are happening... but if the owner disallows it... then you simply can not order from this location, which is a shame. I have to give this place 2 stars (because I can not order the food), but the employees themselves have been typically pretty pleasant. (They def. deserve to be paid more fairly.) Read moreThis restaurant sent me someone else’s sandwich. Called that night they said they have to look at cameras and would call me back the next day. I gave a few extra days and then reached out. The owner/manager was completely unprofessional. He scolded me for waiting so long to reach out. Then he told me that the sandwich I got was what I ordered. It was not. Tuna chicken salad is not an American Club. After arguing with me, talking over me and accusing me of lying about the sandwich, he gave me a corporate number that does nothing. He did offer to replace the one sub, but he was yelling so much I couldn’t tell him what else was wrong. I’m sick of these franchises thinking that every person is going to lie about not receiving something. They don’t pay their employees bough to not make mistakes, but then they do t want to be held accountable. I was being nice and giving him a chance and he immediately started yelling. I switched to this subway because of awful treatment at the closest one. I told him he is no better and he refused to provide an accurate number. Read moreLady working had a bad attitude with me and friend. Barely put any cheese on my sandwich (meatball marinara and moazarella cheese) so all the cheese melted into the bread. My friend ordered an Italian BMT and the guy who made it was training, and messed up. She did not help him right away (took him three times to get the right bread) and she didnt even apologize to us. She burnt my friends bread. When the guy didnt have enough meat. Instwad of redoing it she slapped some more meat on it and put it back in the toaster burning it. I will be returning to speak with a manager. I did not want to taste this after getting home. I had no idea how bad they were till we opened it. Awful service.
