The customer service was horrible. They acted like they couldn’t wait to get me out and didn’t address my issues properly instead they just have short answered excuses and dismissed me completely. 1st about my coffee not having flavoring that I had asked for, first I was told it was by the coffee station, then when I said the vanilla flavoring was not there, they ended up saying they don’t carry vanilla flavoring (even though they make specialty coffees with vanilla shots added to them!?). Besides the incorrect coffee, they also did not give me the correct bagels for my sandwiches, and when addressed about that they said they ran out but didn’t care to ask me what other bagels I’d prefer as a substitute or if I’d like a refund. Instead they used whatever bagels were around and then failed to mention it to me until after I came back in to bring it to their attention. It’s quite unfair that I paid for the more costly bagel sandwiches intentionally because they came on the specialty bagels as advertised. Very unprofessional and uncaring especially when I was being so polite about all of it, even after coming up to the counter 2 times due to the wrong orders. I felt like I was just being irritating to them and was being brushed off, like they couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. Very disappointed and will definitely let my friends and family know to avoid this store.

Update: uh, my name...

The food always tastes good at the restaurant, and it's quick and easy to grab and go! I personally didn't have a bad experience until today. I placed a pick up order when I had left work, and understood the estimated time would be 8:55am, when I've gone around this time previous days its always fast and efficient. I got there a little early and had gone in to see if it was ready. As I was waiting they called my name, and I went up to be told they were out of Chocolate Chip Bagels, they offered one of the other bagel selections they had (which were the ones not many people like). They didn't mention if they were baking more Chocolate Chip where I could wait if I didn't mind. I was just offered a different bagel. When I decided to ask for a refund at first it wasn't clear that I had wanted a FULL refund until I told them I would like one. Which was weird they didn't understand considering 2/2 bagels were Chocolate Chip. I got my refund with $5.17 in coins. The restaurant was quite busy so I do understand them not having specific bagels in stock at that moment. A few minutes later I went on the App to see if they had indicated that more than half the bagels weren't available and there was NO indication that they were out of...

I truly hope the owner sees this review. I entered this establishment with a good feeling of getting some good food. However, upon entering, I was greeted by a young lady that clearly didn't want to work. She handed my order process to an African American man wearing a thick black winter coat. It did not meet the look of what one would expect in a controlled climate restaurant. He seemed to be in a hurry and wanted to execute my order asap(no other customers were in the building). Upon ordering I asked them to please toast my bagels. I was the only client there, so I thought nothing of it. An extra two minutes wouldn't hinder anyone's order. I paid. The young lady placed my bagels in a bag, and handed them to me. I asked her politely again if they could toast them. The black gentleman interjected and said they can't do that because they were too busy.......?????? REALLY??!!

I will not come back to this Einstein bagels. EVER. The number one reason an establishment closes its doors is because of bad or lazy employees that don't care about the customer's needs. Clearly these two clowns just made one more customer leave this...

Customer Service: Meh. She entered the order incorrectly and over charged for two eggs, when only one was ordered and on the sandwich. Food: Meh. The sandwich wasn't cut in half, schmear had a sour taste and sloppily put together. Most of the tasty bagels were not available, like spinach florentine and hash brown bagel. Service: Meh. The online orders were being handled before walk-in orders. It took way too long to receive two sandwiches. Noticed a group come in; While her friends went up to the counter to order, one lady in the group placed an order online at the same time. Her order was quickly prepared, placed in the pick-up bin and the other ladies were still waiting for their food when we left. She then started eating in front of them. While it was quite comical, it just shows how app orders are pushed as priority. While I like the franchise, I'm not coming back to this particular location.

Cinnamon Raisin Bagel: Einstein Bros. was developed by Boston Chicken (Boston Market) in 1995. In 2021, Einstein Bros. announced a merger with Panera Bread and Caribou Coffee to form Panera Brands. I don't typically go for bagels, but I snagged this classic Cinnamon Raisin Bagel at a work meeting. There's nothing special or flashy about it (unlike their tantalizing Maple French Toast Bagel), but it delivers what is expected out of that type of bagel. Pleasant, if not light cinnamon flavor, a moderate amount of raisins, and a satisfyingly chewy texture (I prefer to warm mine in the microwave as opposed to a toaster). It's no better than a frozen cinnamon raisin bagel from my local grocery store and I wouldn't go out of my way to get another, but I would pick it up again at a work meeting. We get bagels from Einstein Bagels a few times a year since it's a bit of a trip for us. Most of our trips have been good, order online, set time for pickup and bagels are usually ready when we arrive. Bagels are pretty good. However........ Mother's Day this year we placed our order online around 8:30 for a 9:20 pickup. Took our kids with me to go pick them up. We arrived at about 9:23 and headed in. Waited over 20 minutes for our order of 7 bagels and two creme cheeses. Meanwhile new orders being placed in lobby were prioritized. When our order was finally ready around 9:45 we took it home and one of the creme cheeses was wrong. I understand that holidays can be challenging. There needs to be some capacity and workload management. They failed on that big time. Dissapointed, and not sure if we will order again.
