Went to the location to pick up a dinner for my elderly mother for her belated birthday. Asked the cashier not to put any leafy greens on the sandwich. I was asked if I wanted to make it a combo and I agreed. Asked for a blueberry lemonade and waited for my order. Received the order from pickup 10 minutes later with no drink and no receipt. Went back to front counter to ask for blueberry drink and receipt. She said she couldn't reprint the receipt and that there was no blueberry fountain drink today.
Got home to give my mom her sandwich, opened up wrapper and was loaded with wilted green leaves. Tried to call the a manager to get a replacement sandwich. My Lord that man kept trying to talk over me! Asked if this the 27th and Loomis location. He snapped and said "I said that at the beginning". Then I gave him the order number: 188765. He said that was not a ubers eats number because it was not 15 digits long. Then I mentioned that my drink was wrong and he said it was self serve even though I had asked for a blueberry lemonade at the register. There was no blueberry drink available. Then he took my name and address and said they would send me a voucher in a rushed sentence.
Can I get someone from corporate or a district manager to send me a call or something. I just want to make it right for my mom and if I could get another sandwich I promise to never to bother the manager with the ponytail ever again.
Update:
Corporate sent a voucher for a free pick 2 meal. That meal was even made wrong. Different cashier this time and I manage to get a receipt. Food is good when...
Read moreThis is a horrible location. They give you a child size portion of food for an expensive price. I'm not sure if that is their way of saving by rationing their food. The large portions, such as their bowls and salads, are tiny, not worth the price. They put the bread in the bag, unwrap. Who does that? Unsanitary and unappealing, they had their hands all on you container and put the hard bread on top of it. Do you think I would want to eat that. What am I supposed to do with I can lay it on nothing without being in a container. When you ask for condiments, they don't always give it to you. They shouldn't always assume people are going home to eat. They don't listen, so many times I say don't include the avocado and beans, get to work, and that's all I see. I end up having to throw $14.00 baby container away. Their mini containers of salad dressing is a joke, and then they half filled them, and they only want to give you 1 or 2 containers. I guess they figure it matches the baby salad. They need to do better. Their food is expensive, and for them to give smaller portions is a disgrace. This is the only location that I have gone to...

I noticed they finally opened and my daughter and I stopped. I love they have a fireplace you can sit next too. I also love that you are given a buzzer to be alerted when your food is ready. Only downside is when your food is ready, each person needs to get their plate. They don't have trays. Which is fine but just an observation.
Food was perfect. Greek Salad was on point. I knocked one star off because their coffee club. Iced tea is not included. You can get hot/iced coffee and hot tea.
Original Review :
Not open. I thought this was set to open on 4/20. Headed out. They were still closed. Checked google and the new date was 4/27. I was on 76th st near the other Panera. But thought I'd check Google to verify they were open. And sure enough they were. As soon as I arrived. They appeared to be closed. Called the number and it was stated they were closed. Such a dissapointment when I was near another one but opted to go to the one closer to my house. I would have went back to 76th street, but there was an semi tipped over on the expressway. Making...
