I ordered two coffees for my wife and I online with a pick up time of 9:53am. When I got to this location there was a line stretching out onto Layton Avenue and the storefront was closed. I then sat in the drive through line until approaching the speaker at 10:15am. I recommended that if the storefront was to be closed they should disable online orders in a polite manner. The person behind the speaker then got an attitude with me, referring to me as “bud” in a condescending tone, telling me that they are the little guy, nothing they could do as the manager is not there, and there is nobody for me to escalate with. Even stated “if I had a problem I could take it to Google”, so here I am. As I pulled up another employee asked who I was picking up for and then slammed the window after I answered. I was then handed a coffee with two lids (neither sealed) that leaked all over my vehicle and had clearly been sitting out since 9:53am as all of the whip cream topping on my wife’s coffee had settled in to the beverage. Absolutely pathetic service, I’d now like to recommend new attitudes to the employees I dealt with because with an attitude like that you’ll always be “the little guy”. Read moreit was horrid, I went to the location, immediately the inside was closed so we went through the drive through, after about a good 5 minutes of just waiting for a coffee to be made I finally pull up to the window receive my coffee, while receiving the worker dropped the coffee spilling half of it, they take the cup off the floor and just fill it from the halfway where it was with spilled coffee with the rest in whipped cream, she told me it was time to pay for the drink I made her spill, I refused this drink as it was on the floor and had half of it replaced with whipping cream, which I refused to accept, she gave me attitude responding with “Well do you want me to make you another one?” Like use common sense half of it is gone the other half cream, and the most best part about this is she pulled her phone out right after asking this and proceeded to just begin texting someone. When I had given birth to my baby boy, one barista Carol, who was going through her own issues, surprised me and my son with a gift of cute onsies! When I had recieved a hot version of the cold drink I ordered, they would remake it over and let me keep the hot one free!
