I would give this place a -0 if I was given that option. It seems like I'm not the only one who has seriously been treated horribly by this staff. Everyone including the young naive Caucasian Manager with Glasses as well as the other Older Caucasian Manager. The entire place (except for the white Male manager) have some of the worst attitudes I've ever experienced from a fast food restaurant. They make mistakes in your order and give attitude to everyone who wants it fixed. I seen the manager and employees yell at customers and saying "I'm not going to waste another hamburger just because you don't want mayo" then they act like they were never told when the receipt states that you did. I had the employee (-redacted- ) give me and another guest horrible attitude for no reason. She simply didn't want to be there that day and was unhappy so she felt it was ok to give us attitude and insults, even told us if we wanted it done how we wanted it, then we should work there. Like seriously? Who does that?
When is Wendy's going to finally fix this horrible place?
Don't get me started on the horribly hygienic this place is. The bathroom is always dirty and smells horrible, even after they supposedly cleaned it, they only spray something orange from a spray bottle and call it a day. Mirror is so dirty and the floor is sticky because of piss . It's now 10 am and the bathroom is disgusting and trash can overflowing. Now how is it going to be after people actually use it for the day? Aren't bathrooms supposed to be cleaned at night so they are ready for use the next morning? That's what we did when i worked at a restaurant. Another thing, one of the employees that works in the kitchen and handles your food is disgustingly dirty, I'm not even exaggerating clothes are so dirty, Wich is not hygienic. Now your supposed to be have good hygiene, specially when working with food. So if they did that it wouldn't be a problem but I've seen workers wear the same dirty stained blue jeans 👖 for over 2 weeks. They smells and what's worst is that they also put those people on kitchen duty and they Don't even wear gloves and even a mask when they are clearly sick and coughing many times and they handle your food with their germy hands. I have pictures to prove my statements and I'm contacting the health department. COVID still going around and it's fly season. This workers are selfish and disgusting. They only care about themselves and it shows.
I have stopped coming here and it sucks because this was the only fast food place that was near by, when I was on my way to work....
Read moreNormally, I stop by this Wendy's for breakfast and the morning staff is genuinely nice and friendly. However, yesterday, I went through the drive thru to purchase a 4 for $4, a Dave's double with bacon and large Coke. Whole ordering the 4 for $4 (my nieces order) I asked for bacon and cheese fries. The response I received was an irritated sounding, "What is you talkin about?" Confused and slightly perturbed by the rash response I repeated myself and I was told, "Naw that dont come with it." LOL... Humbly, I simply asked for an additional order of bacon cheese fries and called it a day. Well, I got home and both orders of fries were cold and my sandwich order was wrong. Now, the rude drive in experience coupled with the wrong food order just aggravates me. I was going to call but I forgot to so I decided to rate my experience instead. I am tolerant but I hate spending my money with people who treat customers unkindly then, don't even get the order correct. Two thumbs down this time Wendy's sorry. Read moreOn September 30, 2024, around 4:15 p.m., I created an order on Wendy's mobile app for a drive-thru pick-up because I have a foot fracture. I pulled behind one vehicle that was making their order at the speaker but was unable to view any vehicles ahead of that one. Moments later, that vehicle pulled forward, I was at the speaker, and no one was behind me. I notified the worker that I had a mobile order pick-up but was told I had to come inside for mobile pick-ups due to that time being their busy time. I parked and came inside to see two persons waiting to make orders. The store was not busy at all and only one car came since I parked and they were at the window. I was told by a manager that this was a new policy for all stores, and it was located on the website only. I asked how mobile customers were to know of this new policy and was not given an answer.
