Places like Zanya's who get so much business after a while tends to overlook look basic customer service of the few for the many! I will do business with this place by spending my money with them ever again and this decision has been a few months in the making. They are extremely inconsiderate of people's time and giving people inaccurate information as a standard process. You can order your food at 7:25 pm and any one of the young ladies who are taking the orders will tell you 15 or 20 minutes and in my time of coming there has been a turn over of ladies who answers the phone to point out they all are possibly told to use the same time frame. You get there at 7:40 or 7:45 tell tell you..it's going to be 10 or 15 minutes. This has happened to me so many times that I can't even count so I just stopped going there for at least 3 months. Tonight I ordered a simple Italian Beef dipped with hot peppers, it was about 7:28 mind you I have to be at work at 8pm but my job is literally 3 or 4 mins away so I'm thinking perfect. I get there at 7:48 there's one person in front of me and she's waiting for someone to get off the phone to help here and finally they do..it's now about 7:52, I tell the young lady that I'm here to pick up my order amd she tells me it's going to be another 5 mins or so. I tell her I called in before 7:30 and was told it would be ready in 20 and I have to be at work. She says let me see if I can get them to get it done faster. She comes back and says that she was told it's still going to be about 5 mins or so....STILL...that's on top of the time I just waited for her to say that. I asked her why would they tell me 20 mins if it wasn't going to be that, you just wasted my time? She says well we are backed up and the girls probably forgot ..😐.. that's the look on my face because that absolutely makes no sense because I know this is nothing new for this place. I asked her at that point for a refund and that I'd like to speak to the manager before I leave being that now I'm going to be late anyway. She went to go get him only to come back and tell me that he's sending the drivers out and going to be a little bit 🤦♂️. Now the frustration is starting to set in because not only did they just waste my time and now make me late but I leaving empty handed not being able to address this problematic issue that made me stop coming here in the first place. He finally comes out and I tell him exactly what's going on and now what this has caused. I asked him why are they telling people 20 mins if you know for a fact you are backed up and that it would only make sense knowing this to tell them to adjust the time you are telling people because the young lady who just ordered her food before I came to the window was told 20 mins also when you know it's going to be more? He says the girls probably forgot🤦♂️🤦♂️How do you forget when the phones are ringing off the hook, delivery drivers in the same kitchen running orders out like crazy and people still waiting in orders in the lobby is what I'm thinking to myself. I said look...I already got my refund how can you help make this right for me? I told him that I'm already going to be late so how about this, I'll STILL buy the Italian Beef just take care of the delivery and he said that it'll be about 30 minutes because the drivers are busy and I said that's fine just send it. So he looked up my info and told the young lady to ring me up and set it for delivery so she did. When I looked at the receipt she'd rung me up for the sandwich AND the delivery charge! I said wait it's just supposed to be the sandwich and no delivery fee and manager says no I said I would put it in delivery and I'm like you mean to tell me after all this you can't take off $2 and some odd cents to make this right?!. He then says I can put you a drink in there but not take off the delivery fee...I told him please don't insult me, after all this I'm supposed to be appeased with a can pop?! Just give me my refund AGAIN mind you and I just told him that I'll spend my money elsewhere and...
Read moreWorst place ever, Never go there!! Ordered food and it never arrived. Horrible customer service. I requested a refund three weeks ago and I'm still fighting to get my money back. Stepanie, the manager, told me it's my banks fault. Then she told me it was my responsibility to come pickup paperwork to prove the void/cancelation and supply it to my bank. I dont drive and it's negative below outside. None of this should be my problem to deal with. They refused to email me that necessary paperwork. They evidently have no email address. They refuse to send me a picture of the necessary paperwork I now need to take to my bank. The owner refuses to speak to me and Stephanie just called me back to say they would never deliver to me again. I guess I will be calling the better business bureau to receive my refund.
In response to your message I have contacted the better business bureau im sure they will be in contact with you soon. This was the worst customer service I've received from here im not going to say the food is bad because yes I did order many times from you. I just want my money back for food I never received and waiting weeks is not right having a email to get customers the info they need...
Read moreOrder regularly- the last 3/4 times there has been challenges with the food being cold and the order not correct- we’ve even had missing food - Management must have zero skills-I was accused of lying when I called to let them know- our orders are usually around $70 - I’m so disappointed in how I was treated! The manager on duty continually interrupted me while I tried to explain the problem and her only resolution was to send another partial delivery - the delivery driver didn’t even bring our order up to our door originally - saying the door didn’t work and then was found hanging out in the lobby?! To add I just asked for our sides to be refunded - I was refused! I think a policy review is in order as I won’t be coming back and I will share my experience. When people call a business to inform them of an issue - it’s better to LISTEN than talk over - it’s also not a blanket problem to solve- I didn’t want another delivery - it was late- I was sick - I didn’t want to have to come down again to get my order - but you’ll send a driver for the same amount of $ as what the cost of our sides were- wasting product, time, gas… foolish kids running...
