If I could write this zero stars all around I would. I my husband and my daughter went in to have a late brunch. Will all we wound up with was an ambulance called my daughter hauled away and her sick for five days straight with food poisoning. All of our food was not cooked in someway. But hers she had eggs and I tried to keep her from eating them first of all as they did not look right for Sunnyside eggs. Growing up in the food industry I have seen plenty of Sunnyside eggs and know how to cook them myself. And I begged her please don’t eat them. When we told the waiter, he just kind of tried to make some excuses that they were shorthanded, and he would be back in a while. Well, we saw the waiter long enough to get our food and one round of drinks and never saw him again. He was the only one that was working overstressed bitching the whole time that he was by himself. We waited almost 25 minutes just to get seated. All the tables were dirty with dishes, food crumbs all over the floor. This place is so disgusting. The manager has no clue on how to staff. At any time day or night. From what we ordered that day are fried food tasted old and disgusting. My husband’s hamburger was basically raw, my daughter’s breakfast was greasy cold and obviously the eggs gave her food poisoning. I never wound up getting my food so that was just great. A couple weeks later I had a friend come and visit from out of town. I had warned him not to eat there, however, it was close to where he was staying. He did learned that was a huge mistake on the second day that he arrived here. And his visit was no better waiting 45 minutes to get his food after he ordered. Only one round of drink. Even had to walk up to the waitress station and get his own silverware.. One thing that this restaurant will do is cater to all the smokers that stand right in front of the doors when you were trying to enter all you’re trying to do is walk through a cloud of smoke or whatever else it is that they’re smoking. We will never ever step foot into another Denny’s ever again. Don’t come here. It will only make you very violently ill and send you to...
Read moreWe just left here about 10 minutes ago. This is from tonight's experience- if you are going to come here late at night just know to be really patient. The 205 location shut down for remodeling so they were busy and short staffed. We ordered 2 meals, and app, and 1 vodka cran and 1 mimosa. We got everything but the mimosa. When they brought the mimosa, we were pretty much getting ready to leave so I asked them to take off the mimosa and that I really didn't need it. To highlight some things: My server, I don't know her name, was just the SWEETEST. She made sure we had everything and she checked in with us regularly. The older gentleman working was doing his best to keep up as a bunch of to go orders came in shortly after we got seated. The manager!!!!!!!!! HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH. Not only did she apologize for me not getting my mimosa on time, she replaced my drink with the strawberry sprite at my request AND knocked off 10$ of our bill, so that 10$ went to the server instead. The bill after the discount was 50$. Her and I had a good moment because she said "maybe this is God saying you really don't need the mimosa".....I had just said that same statement to my best friend not even 2 minutes before she came to the table, that was def my sign that I really don't need the mimosa. We originally were going to go to Jay's but I'm actually really happy we came here tonight. I don't know what it was that really made us come here but just talking to the manager- she made my whole week! That lady seriously deserves a raise! Idk if corporate can see this review but they could use 1 additional person extra at night while they manage the influx coming from the closed location. I hope the crew stays positive. You guys really did a good job tonight.
Edit; My husband and I will be back in 26...
Read moreDon't go to this location unless you like getting yelled at by a waitress by the name of Vickie if that is the way she spells it. Went here for a birthday breakfast and two different wait staff at different times after we walked in told us two different things about where we were going to be seated. As well as neither one of them bringing water out to us after we had been seated and that was about five to ten minutes after we had walked into the lobby. We waited for another ten minutes to have our order to be taken by Vickie who was very rude and started pretty much arguing because we never got any water when we were seated. And normally when you go into a restaurant it's required and mandatory that customers are given water when they are seated. She even said when we were done and my mom went to pay that it was like she was talking to a five-year-old? Who was the one acting like a five-year-old? The waitress Vickie was! She was not even the manager and she said that we were banned from there. If you are not the manager you can't ban anybody either, she was just a waitress there. Whatever happened to not yelling at a customer no matter if they sadly get nasty with you? That's not very good customer service at all. But then I don't think Vickie even knows what that means. I noticed that when we walked out after paying that there was another staff member who looked like a chef was standing near the restrooms while my mom had enough of the waitress attitude and told her off. That was the only time that any of us got nasty was because we got sick of hearing it from her. Plus, other times when we have gone to this location it's always dirty. Trash on the floor, tables at times sticky, and nine times out of 10 the silverware is...
