Just bought the D.Core Cirrus massage chair. I came in on 3 separate days and was made to feel welcome, even though it was a different person in the store each time. The final time we came in, Gary worked with us. He has sold these chairs for more than a decade (18 years?) and was very knowledgeable about all the different brands and models, not just the ones they sell. He was attentive without hovering and I didn't feel pressured to buy. He took care of us and answered all our questions, but also helped other customers in the store. The chair itself has been on my mind since the first day I tried it. My son and I both have chronic migraine and I am hopeful that this could be a life changer for me. I have headaches everyday, with migraines multiple times a week. I've tried so many things to reduce my pain. The day that I first tried this chair I was amazed by how good I felt afterwards. I worked with Gary, and I must say he is the best salesman I've had the pleasure of working with in years. He's kind and incredibly knowledgable. He offered good information and experience that you also can't really find online. For instance, he told me that one of his chairs had rollers that could "reach out" 4 inches instead of 3 inches, so it could press harder and work better with different body types. Both chairs were "4D", but it helped to know to what degree.

After trying chairs at Furniture for Life, I went and tried others, and all the other salespeople I talked to at the other stores sounded like summer interns compared to Gary. Besides that, Furniture for Life has a great selection of chairs ranging from 1k to over 10k. They have very competitive prices for the quality of chairs, and they will price match within 90 days, if you find a better price. I could have bought a cheaper less known brand chair at Amazon and taken a risk, but Furniture for Life offered amazing service and the confidence I am paying a great price for a great massage chair. My boyfriend and I desperately needed a new mattress, on a whim at the mall we decided to stop in and check out mattress world, we had no intention of buying a bed but we hadn't even looked at options so I figured it'd be nice to see what is available. He knew a lot about each product and didn't seem to be pushy or salesy. We actually enjoyed chatting with him, and learning about our options in a no stress environment.
