Seems like the person who is doing drive thru is always irritated. For example our last visit we sat there waiting to order patiently for someone to come to speaker. This took several minutes she said " I'm sorry I didn't know you were there I can't see your car in camera you need to back up!" I said "I'm sorry I can't backup I have six cars behind me." (We were stopped at the same place we always stop to order.) Withy comment she said "Well what do you want?" The whole time ordering she kept interrupting me and was so rude about it. To be honest I should've just drove off because at that point I wasn't really comfortable with the whole experience. I ended up going with a Rolled Tacos combo. So we could just get out of there. My husband had street tacos (carne asada) the meat was so dry and barely had any it was mostly onions and cilantro. He's's honestly not going to give them another try or his money again. At the window I handed her our debit card and she grabbed it out of my hand and closed the window. Normally I would say something to anyone who talks or treats me the way she did, but I was absolutely appalled at her behavior when not one time did I raise my voice, talked rudely to her I remained calm. Good food, horrible for the people. They charged me twice because I didn't tip them. The first time I gave them my card after I said no tip their "machine started acting up". Then she took my card again saying I had to use it again that it didnt go through, well they also never gave me a recipet the first time they charged me, not even the second time they charged me. I had to go into the fast food lobby because they refused to give me a recipt. They also fought giving me my money back. I offered just cash back and they told me they didn't charge me that it was a different location, yet at the same time. I had to call my bank to get my money back. It's a shady place to get food. Don't let them take your card, wait until you are handed the machine so you have control. Was recommended to come here by a co-worker and to be honest I wish I had my money and my lunch break and my appetite back. The price caught me off-guard first of all, so I was expecting it to be at least as good as my friend said if not better. They didn't even bother to put any flavor in the meat, and it would have been good to know that there's also potato in the meat ahead of time, so you don't pull large funky potato skins out of the taco meat, becoming legitimately confused. To be honest, I would have been happier with Taco Bell or even Jack in the Box tacos. Also, the shell looks nice but it's just way too hard.
