I don't normally see a point in reviewing fast food places (it's fast food, I'm not expecting 5 star service, and I've worked it-- I'm aware its emotionally draining), but whatever new girl they are training on drive-thru is INSANELY rude. I've listened to her yell at the people in front of and behind me, and she does not let you speak or listen when you try to gently correct her when she rings something in wrong. Yesterday, she argued when I tried to correct her on an item I ordered (names are similar, but there's a big size/cost difference in the items). She was so mean about it I just gave up and let her ring in the wrong item and was willing to just pay more to get the experience over with. Got home, there was items missing from the order, and incorrect items. I called, and a lovely Manager named Jack said to come back and get it replaced at my convenience (shout out to you dude, you have your work cut out for you, and you were handling the people behind me in the drive thru who were angry at Rude Girl's attitude very well). I came by today to get the order replaced, and unfortunately the same rude trainee was working drive-thru (why, God, why). Knew I once again was NOT going to be able to order my intended items, so I just read off what she'd rang me in for the day before. She was just as mean and snotty as yesterday, and when I tried to correct her on the chalupa she rang in as chicken (ordered beef), she didn't even bother to turn off her head set (probably doesn't know how, hah) she groaned and complained lmao. Like, the girl needs help or to just not work with customers and work in the back or something. Ended up with chicken, instead of beef✌️🥲 I'm just gonna avoid this location or only go at night so I can hopefully not run into that girl again, cuz she suuuuuuucks. Night crew kicks butt, even when they're slammed, and even if the workers seem tired/not having a good day, they aren't even a FRACTION as mean and rude as...
Read moreThis review is for the Taco Bell on Stark out past 200 and 50th near the Home Depot and Albertsons. This Taco Bell on this visit was a rockstar. The taco was very correct with a good amount of beef and lettuce and cheese and fillings. The nachos were correct the bag was full the cheese cup was filled properly. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. It's really hard to find a Taco Bell in my area that makes the items like they're supposed to be made. I stopped going to Taco Bell because it's just a constant mess. Things filled halfway tacos filled halfway nacho cheese missing from an order of chips and cheese nacho cheese missing from add-on to chalupa and even when I went back to have my order remade and verified that the add-on nacho cheese was on the screen they still didn't put it on my chalupa despite it being an order that I called in to the manager about and this was supposed to be my fix. From rancid chips in my Nacho Bell Grande at the 102nd Avenue Mall 205 location multiple times to them not putting items in my bag specifically the Cinnabons is a constant constant constant struggle with Taco Bell. I'm constantly having to call back into the manager and they're always polite and friendly and willing to read you my order but by the time I get all the way home I don't want to go back and wait in line to get it redone so then I have a credit there and I have to go back and get it again and then it's not right and how many times am I going to go through this rigmarole with Taco Bell it's it's deplorable Taco Bell's commitment to Quality in its restaurants is seriously lacking they are so hit and miss one day it'll be amazing the next day it will be deplorable. So the fact that this location with these two items at this time was OnPoint on a day that was hot and I was overworked and starving and really just needed some good food 2 lifted my spirits and get me through the rest of my day thank you so much...
Read moreI’m a Doordash driver in my spare time and there are two things I won’t tolerate. 1. Bad customer service & 2. Orders taking longer than 5mins to be ready once I arrive at the restaurant.
#1 strongly applies to this location.
When I accepted order through the Doordash app, the instructions read to go inside the lobby, do not use drive through unless the lobby is closed.
Typically the drive through is the only option at most Taco Bell’s so I prepare to do that instead. I pull up and there is a large sign that says If I am a deliver driver or picking up a mobile orders that I need to pick up inside.
I get out of the long drive through line and pull up in the mobile order spot, turn off the car and proceed inside.
Front door was not locked and there was no sign on the door stating the lobby was closed so I entered the store. I entered the store. Immediately the manager yells across the store at me from the drive through window that the lobby is closed. I tell her I’m her for a door dash order. She says no you need to go through the drive through.
I tell her but you placed a sign outside that told me to come inside? Also doordashs own instructions told me to also come inside. She says it doesn’t matter. Lobby is closed and that coooporate made her put that sign outside. I told her this was terrible customer service and walked out, unassigned myself off of the order and left angry.
If your corporate wants you to put the sign outside at the drive through then my guess would also be that coorpoate wants you to serve drivers from inside the store. Stop providing bad service and start being consistent. As a driver, I will be declining all orders that I’m presented for this location.
Corporate if your reading this, this...
