HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED AT THIS RESTAURANT. VERY POOR & DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was hung up on twice on the phone after the restaurant called me about not picking up my order. I explained myself and other drivers were at the drive thru for almost 10 mins to pick up our meals but nobody attended to us; after numerous honking. This little disrespectful girl won’t apologize for wasting my time but rather asked me why I didn’t call. Is it my job to call the restaurant after my order when I’m at the drive thru for pick up with other drivers? I didn’t call to express my disappointment, so why call me if you had nothing positive or encouraging to say about me not getting my food but talk trash and hang up on me twice! REALLY! Called back and she told me the conversation was not going anywhere and hung up again. Allah forgive you. I’ve been a customer since you started business, but will surely take my little money...

I'm not one to really complain but I go to this particular restaurant quite frequently at least once a month and I come all the way from Newark Ohio I don't know which is about 25 mi one way on this particular occasion and the occasion before this my Cassava and Rice the cassava had fatty meat and quite a few bones in it this time as well as the time before which made it a little disappointing since considering the distance that I'm coming and the fact that this is the only thing that I get at this restaurant. I think this Cassava and Rice is the most wonderful African dish and I think you make the best I enjoy it so much so yes I was disappointed these last two times I hope they improve for I would hate to stop...

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY LAST VISIT. It was so bad I had to dispute with the bank for a refund. This was a to go order. I haven't been there since I've lived in the north side back in 2014... so I was excited to get back there since I had time to wait. I ordered dibi lamb with white jollof and got 1/8 an over cooked chicken breast with the white jollof and some foreign sauce I didn't ask for... additionally I ordered yassa chicken with white rice. The chicken was bleeding, literally... I live in Reynoldsburg and we'd just came off a long day so I couldn't drive 25 minutes to take it back. I called and they apologized... didn't offer a refund. I probably will not go back, I don't need salmonella or e coli...
