Erbert and Gerbert's — Restaurant in Minneapolis

I called to ask if they would be willing to donate anything to our youth hockey organization. I was told to call back the next day between 8am-10am, I called and was told to call back after the manager is in, about 10:30. I then called back around 12:00 and was told the manager would be in about 3:00-5:00, I called at 3:30, was told they were on a conference call and to call back, so I called at 4:10, no answer, called back at 4:20, someone answered the phone, "hello" no greeting, nothing, just hello, not a way to answer a company phone. I asked if this was Erbert and Gerberts, he said yes, and I talked to the owner and he is not interested in donating. At this point, no one had even asked what organization I was with, asked me what I was looking for, or anything. I am fine with no donation, but be up front about it, don't lead me on and waste my time, and your employees time, and don't be rude. I know one thing I will never step foot into this place again, and I will be sure my friends and family know why. Absolutely annoyed with the service today! We order a delivery order and never received it. So we called back and the lady said that it will arrive in 5 minutes. 5 minutes goes by and no food. So we call again and speak to the so called “manager” and he says “oh that’s a pick up order you need to come pick it up”. First off no. I ordered it for delivery. I have never ordered for pickup and second off when will we get our food. Guess what this “manager” says! He says “well I’m not remaking your food because I don’t want to remake it and deliver it so here’s a refund you won’t get it for 4-7 days!” So you’re telling us we are not getting food and we won’t get our money back for almost a week!!!!! So I called back and explained to him that I told 2 people over the phone that it was for delivery and they knew exactly where to deliver it to but this “manager” doesn’t care about his store and doesn’t care al all about his customers because all he said to me was is there anything...

Came here to get soup and sandwiches. This being my first experience at erberts and gerberts. Started order with First Lady who was a bit standoffish, unpleasant and did not care to explain anything at all. Half way through the order someone else came to take over, didn’t verify what I had ordered... I paid, and asked to use the restrooms. Apparently this location doesn’t not offered restrooms as they are closed due to “current situation” she stated to use it next door at Caribou. I waited for our food and only received half of what I ordered. When I addressed issue just asking were we waiting on the rest, lady turned the receipt to to the glass that separated us and said “this is what you ordered.” I offered to reorder and pay and she the lady then offered “day old bread” it was at that point I...
