Service was horrible and the manager was not helpful they over charged me and then said that they could not find my bill to be able to refund me. Update: If you want to talk full story, I was not given a full refund as I should’ve been. I was discharged for multiple items. I was also mistreated and not apologize to a single time. I was, however, told that the manager was busy and could not get to me. Please see the picture of the empty restaurant. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for over 25 years. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully. Nor did I ever have to raise my voice, I certainly did ask and then demand for a manager or someone who could resolve the issue, which, of course was not done. We chose a table to the back of the over crowded, outdoor seating area and we were waiting for our waitress. Someone came and told us we couldn't sit at the four service table because they were still in their busy time and moved us to a small table that barely had room to pull out the chairs. It was after 7pm, on a Wednesday evening. No one else sat at the large table, or even at the other open tables in our section the entire time we were there. Besides being told, not asked, to move the waitress who moved us never bothered to take a drink order or ask if we needed anything. We had to wait for another waitress to come to our table. Read moreI'm really not one to return food, and can't remember ever returning a pizza, but I have worked in the restaurant industry and if the customer doesn't like the food, you take it back. I was totally dissatisfied with their margarita pizza for a number of reasons and the response I received was, "if you had different expectations, that's not on us, we did our part" It's the expectation of the one eating the food that counts, not the opinion of the manager or the cook. Unfortunately it was take out, maybe they're a bit more amicable if you haven't paid your bill yet. They offered a discount on something else, but as I was already $30 in for what I called junk, "that's your opinion", I didn't want to spend more money there. I never had an experience like that at a restaurant.
