Milio's Sandwiches — Restaurant in Minneapolis

TLDR; Amazing customer service, good sandwiches, delivery available. Will be back.

For first timers; Blown away by their customer service. We had never had Milio's before and we tried them twice recently because they're close to us and they deliver. The first order, they paid attention to my extra notes to cut the sandwiches in half. And when we realized we were missing 1 of the 3 cookies we ordered we gave them a quick call to just get a refund and they ended up refunding us one of the meals. Today we ordered 3 sandwiches, and when the delivery driver showed up, he mentioned that one of the sandwiches leaked out and created a huge hole in the bag and the sandwich had fallen apart a bit. He told me he'd add cookies to our order and that he was actually going to have new sandwiches made for us because "this isn't how this should be" I was floored and wish I had gotten that gentleman's name so I could give him the recognition. Delivery time is prompt, sandwiches taste great and because of their outstanding service I imagine this will be our new go to for subs! Keep up the amazing work, it's so refreshing to still have restaurants who care about their quality...

ordered from here a few times with very bad delivery times. last order took OVER 1 1/2 hours to get, i am located 5 mins away .I called to change it to a delivery right after ordering to change it online, i called 30 mins later and they needed my address , that's fine, i wasn't asked for it the first time but mistakes happen. i called 20 mins later was told it was getting sent out right away, 20 mins later i called to find out it was just leaving and would be here in 10 mins...30 mins later i was told he is pulling up right now. 20 mins later the food showed up and when i called to complain about the time i was told that i put it for pick up but he will try to compensate me then hung up. compensated or not i probably wont be ordering from this...

We are new to the area and on move in day I called in a delivery order. After verifying that the food could be delivered to the new apartment, I placed an order. The person taking the phone order was not efficient and repeated back both the contact phone number and the address incorrectly. I corrected both, but in retrospect I should have had them repeat back to me, because as I type this review it has been more than 1.5 hours and I still don’t have my two sandwiches, not even a phone call to let me know they aren’t coming. Makes me glad it was going to be a cash order. I can’t rate the food quality for obvious reasons. I’m not sure I’ll ever give Milio’s another chance,...
