My meal, including a 32 oz Mellow Yellow beverage, was delicious. Soon after I had finished eating, I needed to use the restroom. The Manager STOPPED me as I attempted to get to the BLOCKED OFF restroom. He rudely smarted off to me: "Did you see the No Public Restroom signs?" The signs were clearly displayed. However, I took the word Public to mean that only paying Customers, of this Subway restaurant, could use the restroom facilities. Nobody from Off-The-Street. So, I asked the Manager IF the word Public included paying Customers. The Manager replied: "Customers Too". Meaning, I guess, that I COULDN'T use the restroom. What was I do to? Wet my pants? Do my business outside, like an animal, and get arrested for doing so? I should have worn diapers to this place. The Management's forbidding ME, a paying Customer, from using the restroom, was probably ILLEGAL. The Management should review Minnesota, and Minneapolis, laws on operating a restaurant. Read moreThis is like no Subway you’ve been to and I encourage you to stop in to this location so you can see for yourself. I’m not sure exactly when it happened but one day I walked in, after a long absence from visiting any Subway, and something felt different here. Besides the obvious aesthetic changes of course. But it didn’t dawn on me until I left that I had never been so pleased with an experience at Subway. I really appreciate how nice the employees are, as every single person I’ve interacted with has been delightful. This isn’t something I require or expect from any interaction when getting food. It’s just a remarkably nice thing to experience, so I figured this review is the least I can do to express my gratitude for the people working there. I actually really enjoy Subway so to have this as my closest location has me feeling pretty lucky! This is the most pleasant and comfortable Subway experience you will ever have. Read moreI mean I am not thinking I am going to get amazing service, it's subway. But when I order online and pick it up...and when picking up the bag it rips and 2 footlongs almost go flying out and I say, man these bags suck, and the workers basically agree but don't offer a new bag but instead just watch me struggle. Then I get home and our sandwiches have basically all the meat on one side and the veggies on the other and its questionable if it was even toasted.... I mean come on.. do better We are all trying the best we can hopefully, I just wanted a couple sandwiches without a ripped bag then just watched when I struggle.....
