Should be a 0 star rating the way they’re going, I showed up at 11:45pm to the Minneola location on 8/8/22 because it said on the Taco Bell app they close at 12am on Mondays and the hispanic girl with a very heavy accent told me that they were closed. I repeated to her at the speaker that they were open til 12am, and she replied “no, we’re closed.” I then said “so why does it say 12am on your app?” and she just replied “pull up”. I pulled up to the window assuming she would take my order since like I said, their app stated they closed at 12am, SO THEY WERE OPEN. When I got to the window she repeated to me again “this is closed” I told her again that it says on their app they close at 12am so why can’t they take my order? She replied to me saying “this location closes at 11:30pm” and refused to take my order so I ended up going to the one in Clermont. I’m extremely disappointed as this location was much better than the 50 one when it first opened and this would never happen. This has already happened to me at this location before, so I don’t understand why either the hours haven’t been updated, or the employees haven’t been fired for this?? It is completely fine if this location actually DOES close at 11:30pm, but if it does the website/ app’s hours should be updated to the...
Read moreI can understand getting orders wrong, but fighting the customer when they bring it up is something else.
Do not go to this location. First time there and it's a nightmare. They were out of half of what I wanted to drink, they took forever to get to us once we pulled up to the speaker, and to top it all of they got our order wrong anyway. Taco Bell needs to do a better job of naming their products so they aren't so easily mixed up. We ordered the 7-Layer Nacho Fries and received the Burrito of the same name. We reversed back up to the window (no one was behind us in line) and told one of the employees. He proceeded to tell us that their screen said we ordered a burrito, so that was that. Helpfully he pointed out that "They're the same thing but one is in a tortilla, so that's okay, right." (He did not say it as a question) No dude, it's not okay. I don't care what the Harvard graduate running your drive-thru thought we ordered, it isn't okay. Gaslighting us about what we ordered isn't okay. Giving us the wrong food and then telling us we should just be fine with it is not okay. I will not be returning to this location, and I guess that means I won't be having any Taco Bell until the one on 50...
Read moreMy order consisted of: 1- Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Taco 1- Volcano Taco 2- Nacho Cheese Doritos® Locos Tacos Supreme® 2- Soft Taco Supreme® 1- Crunchy Taco Supreme® 1- Chicken Quesadilla
After we paid on the mobile app, we arrive and are told there are no Chicken Quesadillas and no Doritos shells. We agreed to exchange the enchilada for a crunch wrap supreme and reg taco supremes instead of Doritos locos.
What was in my bag when we got home: 1- Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Taco 2- Soft Taco Supreme® 1- Crunchy Taco Supreme® 1- Crunchwrap Supreme 1- crunchy taco beef (not supreme) 1- crunchy black been taco (not supreme)- didn’t even know this was on the menu.
So not only did I not get the order that I paid for, but the substitutes were neither equivalent, nor correct, and we were missing a taco all together. Every single one of the crunchy tacos had broken shells, one I’m pretty sure was created from 2 mismatched shells.
I have always been impressed w the speed of this location. Compared to others in the area, but this was the worst experience I e had by far.
I would like a refund on my order. Order Number: 969539 In the...
