From the moment I stepped inside, I am always greeted by the warm and inviting aroma of freshly baked cookies and family. Frank and Amy make everyone feel like family, they instantly make you feel welcome. The display case is always filled with an impressive array of cookies, each one more tempting than the last.

The variety of flavors available at Sweet cups is simply outstanding. They offer classic favorites from scratch daily but with a twist, like the Otis(oatmeal raisin) or the Snookie (snickerdoodle ish) , or the fan fave The Rizzo (chocolate chip but not lol) but also unique and innovative creations that cater to every tastebud like my personal favorite the Slemon ( lemon cookie w/ twist)! Not to mention the milkshakes that are made with any cookie of your choice! Or if you’re a cheesecake lover they have you covered as well! I was first drawn in by the large glass displays of giant cookies, but lingered in amazement with the unique variety of cheesecakes in a jar. Why? Because this portion of cheesecake is more manageable for an individual to eat completely before losing peak freshness. What a great idea! Plus, with combination offers by the owner, you can bring home a variety flavors or share with family at an affordable price.

If you're not a cheesecake person, don't worry - the cookies are the perfect dessert for any occasion. The Rizzo Monster cookie was baked perfectly soft on the inside, with great overall texture and hints of salt and a hefty balance of chocolate that lingers on your taste buds, giving you bites of cookie heaven. No joke - these are my new favorite cookies.

Go to downtown Clermont, stick your head inside these odd looking stores and you might find another gem like this. There were many mini indoor markets I spotted...but this one...Sweet Cups, this is a must try!

I stumbled upon a delightful surprise while driving through Clermont today. This small, bakery SWEET CUPS serves what might be the most remarkable chocolate chip cookies I've ever tasted. Each cookie strikes the perfect balance between crispy edges and a soft, chewy center, with generous chocolate chunks that remain slightly melted even after cooling. (And a pinch of salt)👌

Their milkshakes deserve equal praise – thick enough for a spoon but still sippable through a straw, with a creamy texture. The owner saw my 954# and told me they use premium ice cream as the base that comes from a South Florida old fashioned creamery. We ordered a strawberry milkshake to pair with the chocolate cookies, and the combination was simply outstanding.

The friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable, Whether you're a local or just passing through Clermont, this place is absolutely worth a detour. Look for the [marketing blowup toy from the barber shop – your taste buds will thank you for the effort.
