I have never been more compelled to review something in my life. This location is terrible! What I thought was just one-off experiences has turned out to be regular occurrences. The staff will regularly argue with and put down each other in front of costumers, as well as arguing with customers. One time I saw a woman re-lap the drive through because they forgot her four piece nugget. The staff said she was wrong. That she never ordered it. It turned into a five minute ordeal of them arguing with her and they refused to give her the nuggets she ordered. I believed her because getting orders wrong is a common thing with them. Whenever I visit, I assume my order will be wrong and it usually is. I just came back from what now is my last visit to this location. They introduced AI at the drive through. The AI recorded that I had ordered a lemonade. However, once at the window, I was told I didn’t order a lemonade. Even though I saw it appear on screen. The girl at the window was really nice, she tried to make it right and explained the AI makes mistakes sometimes. Her leaders berated her for trying to ring in a lemonade for me and disrupting the order queue. They even questioned me, saying that if it wasn’t on the order I didn’t order it. There I am, in a four way argument at a drive through window over a lemonade. I’m done. This place is right around the corner from my house and I will happily drive by it on my way to anything else...
Read moreWhat a nightmare, it seems like every other time I stop at this location there’s an issue. This time I decided to go inside to see if it was any better inside the store.. Surprise Surprise it was worse, I ordered my food from the kiosk. Then proceeded to stand in line for 15 minutes. There was only one problem with this. I was at the head of the line. When I placed my order, there was no one in front of me. I proceeded to watch eight people get their order in front of me.!! I watched the gentleman make my sandwich and sit it on the counter. I watched him make another sandwich that was not mine that included bacon and sit it on the counter. I asked for my order twice on the third time I got the wrong order she picked up the sandwich with the bacon put it in a bag and handed it to me. I told her that’s not my sandwich. She argued with me and said yes it is your sandwich. No, it’s not my sandwich. I didn’t order a bacon double cheeseburger. She said you ordered a double with large fry I said yes she proceeded to tell me that was what was in the bag… Instead of arguing with her, I took the food and went to the table and ate it.. so now I’m 25 minutes into my order and it’s the wrong food. This place is absolutely horrendous. I would just soon travel 30 minutes and get the correct food versus waiting in line for 25 minutes and get the wrong food.. Wendy’s needs some strict mgt at this store immediately.....
Read moreSo, first things FIRST. When we walked in the door, the place smelled like… like… fine, it smelled like PEE. So, ew. When we were about to order, a younger teenage girl with a somewhat high pitched voice was yelling at another girl I NEED YOU HERE!!! Pointing to the counter. The girl getting yelled at was very polite but not really focused, as we asked for a cup holder and she immediately grabbed one, but didn’t give us our cups!! It took a few minutes to get an opportunity to ask for them, and during that time it appeared that the screaming girl was having a mental breakdown with her face in her hands. Finally we get food but it isn’t ours. They switched meals with the fellow who ordered from one of the kiosks. When the unfocused girl heard us, the other girl started yelling again, I LITERALLY JUST TOLD YOU THAT WAS THEIR MEAL AND THAT IS HIS MEAL LITERALLY !!! So needless to say, I am unlikely to return to this location with high hopes. Oh, and they put mayo on one of the sandwiches when we specifically asked for no mayo.
