I grew up in the area and Ridgedale has been our staple. I now have a 3 month old and a 2.5 year old. You all can imagine how tough it can be out during this time. My 3 month old was upset and wanted her milk warmed. I got to the nearest caribou in the mall and stood by the counter where drinks were being called out hoping to just get a cup of hot water to soothe my baby with milk. Not only did I not get any hot water barista Brianna did not acknowledge me on purpose. She saw me and my baby and my husband and my toddler and I called out to get multiple times and she walked away and didnāt care. Multiple customers were present during her rude behavior and shook their head at her. Itās shameful to see a mother who is desperate and turn away. Thankfully my husband walked around the other side and got a different person named Morgan and she was kind enough to get us hot water. I pray to god obe day Brianna is a mother so she can feel the pain and helplessness I felt at that moment when she blatantly ignored us. Please give...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited Caribou Coffee this morning and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, I encountered unprofessional and dismissive behavior from the staff. Their tone was noticeably rude, which set a negative tone for the entire visit.
Additionally, after placing my order for a specific coffee, I was served an entirely different beverage. Instead of promptly addressing the mix-up, two of the staff members resorted to laughing and gossiping, further compounding the issue. This lack of accountability and the apparent disregard for customer satisfaction left me feeling disrespected.
While I have previously had positive experiences with Caribou Coffee, I cannot in good conscience recommend this particular location. I sincerely hope that management takes these concerns seriously and implements the necessary changes to ensure that future customers receive the respectful service...

I ordered a Vanilla Mocha for my daughter at 2:29 PM, and after waiting 15 minutes, I asked the cashier why our drink was taking so long while others were getting theirs quickly. Instead of addressing the issue, he just told me to be patient.
After waiting another 10 minutes, I went back to ask again, and even other customers noticed the delay. One of the employees, a woman working there, just laughed at us, which was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Finally, after another 5 minutes, the cashier stopped what he was doing and started making our drink.
This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. I will not be returning to this location, and I do not recommend...
