We are regular customers at the Niko Niko Boba location in Ridgedale, and continue to return because both the beverages and the service are dependably strong.

On each visit, Kenny, Cia, Jordy, Kai, Via, Ryza, Abby, Nola, and Sapna have consistently greeted us by name and recalled our standing order without prompting. This level of attentiveness and continuity is uncommon and deserves to be recognized.

The drinks are prepared with care, consistent flavor, appropriate sweetness, and efficient turnaround even during peak times. What distinguishes this location, however, is the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, which meaningfully elevates the overall experience.

Was here just a little bit ago. I was concerned because the mall was closing in like ten minutes, but they were still happy to take my order. There was no rush to order, but I knew after like a minute. I decided on the mango smoothie. While they were making my order, they were helpful with my questions. My order took like not even 5 minutes. I liked how my smoothie was just creamy and I could really taste the mango throughout. I could also really taste the ice cream in there throughout. I pretty much downed it in like 5 or 6 minutes. It would be good to go back again, since the food is good and cool...

It is Saturday October 8th at 6.35pm. I’m an everyday customer and these 3 young ladies who work in this location told us to come back in 10 mins because they want to take a break. When we came back in 10 mins they told me to come back in another 15 mins. Made 5 of us and other customers wait for no reason. The service at this location has gotten really bad because of lack of management at this location. This is the 3rd times I’m experiencing this similar situation. I’m glad TiiCup has a location nearby so we went there. I love southdale and MOA locations but...
