I am so so happy with the service helzberg diamonds has given me!!! I have a ring that my mother gave me that was over 15 years old, and the centerpiece garnet was coming loose. I went to Kay's to get it fixed, and 3 weeks later I got a horribly crooked ring back. The prongs weren't straight, and I was honestly devastated. I never recieved an apology, just an offer to send it back out. Why on EARTH would I give it back to you to fix, when it should have been done correctly in the first place? I called Helzerbergs in Ridegdale the day I got it back, and they said they had an in-house jeweler that could help me, they also told me when he'd be in. I went to the store the same day, and Naomi & Jenny looked at my ring. They asked me to come back in Monday (when the jeweler worked) so the jeweler could give me an accurate quote and get it fixed. I came in Monday (Today), and John the jeweler & John the Manager along with Naomi helped me get it fixed within 20 minutes. TWENTY MINUTES for something Kay's took 3 WEEKS to do! I almost started crying I was so happy! I have never felt anything but welcome in their store. Coming from someone under 20, this is a big thing. We explained to her we would like this bracelet for my nieces sweet 16. & if unable to accommodate that, thatâs fine. 2 weeks turned into a month!!!!! We finally come to pick up our bracelet we walk in no greeting from the gentlemen sitting down scrolling on his cell Nor the young lady helping the customer. Good Customer service would have said âwill be with you in just a momentâ something!! After about 5 minutes of not being acknowledged at all my fiancĂ© Finally asked the gentleman on his cell phone are you working To which he replies âyeah sureâ.    Read moreThis store offered the worst customer service I have ever received. Long story short, I had to order my fiance's wedding ring four times to get the right size. The first two rings came back too big (they came back a half size larger than what we ordered.) Then, after being talked to like this was entirely my fault, the store manager thought it would be a good idea to order the ring a half size smaller than what we needed so that maybe it would come back as a perfect fit. The third ring came back a half size too small. I was furious. The fourth ring finally came in as the size we ordered in the first place. To top it all off, they never called to tell me our ring was in. It was just sitting in a drawer for weeks before I finally called them.
