Let me start this review by saying my employees and I order from this location multiple times a month and typically have good results. Sandwiches are good and delivery times are speedy. Also we always order through the Jimmy Johns website.
But two times in the past two months have been very bad - Both times sandwiches have shown up missing meat. Not like "oh man, they gave me one little piece of chicken" or "why would they give me smaller portion of chicken and not a hand full or a scoop?" - but legit no meat - a $16 wrap with ZERO meat. That would be like going to a popular burger spot ordering a cheeseburger with all the fixings and getting a piece of cheese between two buns. I know what you might be thinking - "no meat???, why not call to complain?" well the first time a chalked it up to a fluke, but the second time now its apparent there is a bigger issue.? Also - it was a delivery and delivered by UberEATS both times (not delivered by a JJ driver) and by the time you get the sandwich you are so over it. So maybe order in person and double check that they actually add meat to your sandwich? I think we will take a break...
Read moreOrded lunch to my job and like normal ppl my lunch is an hour, ordered 20 min before my lunch 1 hour and 20 min I decided to cancel my order seeing I would not have time to eat it. As the employee answered I requested to cancel the order, not sure if one of my colleagues had also ordered food from here and I didn't want to interfere with there order I asked to read back my order and I was immediately met with the manager alexia yelling my order back to me then hung up on me, at least she thought I sat there for 26 minutes listening to her bad mouth me and tell her employees how disrespectful I WAS!!! Also here how they had so many customers and had run out of bread ever heard her call the driver that i assumed had been driving around with my sandwitch for over a hour! When I tryd to contact her supervisor I was contacted by her and left I smug email. For someone that works and lives in this community Alexiah Krieger should really learn how some pride in her position and some respect for the customers that keep her employed I will never spend another dollar...
Read moreI order from here for my company every month. They are no longer "Freaky Fast". We order food for demo's and today the order is now 45 minutes late. I called the store and the guy on the phone said "Sorry its leaving here in 5-10 minutes"; this would put the food at an hour late. Why would you not alert your customers? I purposely ordered the food for an hour earlier than the Demo simply because they never get here on time. This specific location needs to hire more drivers or figure out a better system. 2 sandwiches should not take an hour.
