Taco Bell — Restaurant in Minnetonka

The window associate told me ... "you need me to leave"! I asked if I could add on something i forgot to order when I pulled up to the pick up window he said no, you're not allowed, you have to go around and get back in line. When I tried to ask about this policy, he ignored me and closed the window in my face. When he came back, I asked when this rule started and he said "Since now". I asked his name and then he told me " you need to leave now". I went inside to speak to a manager and the same kid came up and said "What do you want " then wouldnt get a manager. So I shouted for one. Once I spoke to the manager, he informed me of the no add on policy,which I respect,but by that time, I didn't care, I was so angry at how rude, unprofessional and inappropriate the kid from the window was. The manager apologized. Then manager gave me two free taco coupons. Wth?! The same kid threw a lady's cash back at her and I saw him throw someone's bag of food at them. Don't give me free taco coupons, Get Rid Of the guy working the window. This Use to be my favorite taco bell....

Worst Taco Bell ever. Daughter had a surgical procedure done and wanted Taco Bell before we drove an hour and a half home. So we stopped quickly in the drive thru only to be told half way through the order that the screen wasn’t working and I had to come inside. So I did. 15 minutes later my food came up through their hole in the wall. After returning to the vehicle I noticed two items missing, when I went back inside, a lady working in the kitchen rudely yelled I wasn’t missing the two chalupas… the guy made ONE, and when I asked where the second one was I was called a liar and was told it was in the car. Refused to fix it, and said the best they could do was a free taco for the next visit. 35 minute visit and still didn’t get what I ordered, and the food I did get was terrible. Hardly anything in the shells and...

This is without a doubt the worst overall location in the west metro! Countless issues before today but let's just cover today: I ordered a box with a cinnabon iced coffee. And a couple tacos and a chalupa. Didn't give me taco sauce like requested, they cannot figure out how to properly roll burritos or crunch wraps. Total mess of food. All old, cold and nearly inedible. My coffee was straight black coffee and when I asked where the creamer was that's supposed to be mixed in, I was handed a cup with some creamer in it to mix MYSELF. I don't work at Taco Bell y'all do! My chips were old crumbs and to top it off, your order will never be accurate and the drive thru person is rude AF! Don't ever come to this location. Blake Rd in Hopkins or Golden valley by Menards are much better options and worth...
